The pesticide application amount of fresh peaches and other fruit products has grown rapidly as an important cash crop,and the structural contradiction of supply has become increasingly prominent.As the main character and tendency of the change in the labor force in the future,steadily rising labor cost has become a realistic constraint in the agricultural production of our country.Due to the lack of efficient and adaptive machinery,the best way to cope with the rise of labor prices is not only to alleviate the bottleneck of labor constraints,but also to improve the quality of products that raising their market prices for high added value Gardening Crops.However,because the experience typical attributes of agricultural products,it is difficult for buyers to accurately judge the quality level of products,which greatly affecting the payment prices of agricultural products,especially for high-quality agricultural products,and thus leads to accomplishing "higher prices for better quality products difficultly.What is the impact of fine orchard management techniques as the most important labor link in the production process on fruit production,especially on the quality of fruit?What effect will the rising of labor cost have on the fine management technology investment of fruit cultivation farmers,in the context of the relatively weak factor and product substitution?Is the peasant household that reducing or improving the input of fine management technology will exit from the production?Why the impact of the rising labor cost on different farmers is heterogeneity?What effect will the different fine management technology input have on the fruit production?Under the background of the rising labor force,the paper plan to focus on these issues to analyze and empirically investigate the changes in the investment of fine management technology and the impact on the fruit production of the farmers,by taking the peach industry as an example.The main research contents and relevant conclusions are as follows:Content 1:Analyzed the influence of labor cost on the input of fine management technology:Trend and DifferenceThe goal of this section is that to analyze the main components and characteristics of the input of fine management technology in peach cultivation,in order to sorting out and clarifying change and trend of the input of farmers' fine management technology.The research results show that although the mechanical input of fruit trees increased gradually in recent years,the number of labor input did not decrease significantly.As restricted by crop properties and initial endowment,it is difficult to replace the labor in the fine management technology,such as plastic and pruning for most farmers.Therefore,the rise in labor prices will have a significant negative and obviously partial impact on its fine management technology input.Compared with extensive management of farmer households,the amount of labor input to fine management for fine management farmers more likely to be affected by changes in labor cost.Judging from the specific aspects of the technology,the increase in labor cost will result in the reduction of labor input by the farmers in the field of pruning,flower thinning(fruit)and bagging,and the impact of labor prices will vary according to the level of input of fine management.It is noteworthy that the increase of quality identification ability and repeated transaction times of the trading entities of farm households can effectively mitigate the information asymmetry between farmer households and buyers,pass quality information of fruit to buyers,so that farmers can obtain higher sales prices,increase the level of fine management technology input and further weaken the negative impact of the labor price at the same time.The longevity of farmers selling peaches,whether farmers own brands and the concentration of sales targets of farmers have a significant positive impact on increasing the degree of repeated trading of farmers.In contrast,the improvement in the quality level of fresh peaches does not significantly increase the times of purchasers' repeated purchase for fresh peaches.Content 2:Analyzed the farmer 's pesticides application behavior under different levels of fine management technology input.The research goal of this part is to assess and analyze the impact of investment in fine management techniques of peach farmers from the farmer household pesticide application amount and single application amount,based on the behavior of pesticides application.First of all,from the point of view of the single pesticide application rate per acre,the farmers can effectively improve the ventilation and operating environment of the tree by increasing the investment in fine management techniques,thereby reducing the amount of single pesticide application;and second,the total amount of pesticide applied per acre.From the perspective of improvement,although the improvement of investment in fine management technology can significantly reduce the amount of pesticides per mu for farmers,the number of farmer households using pesticides has also increased significantly with the increase in investment in fine management technologies.The total application dose did not show a significant effect.Content 3:Analyzed the output of farmers under different levels of fine management technology input.Based on the evolution characteristics of the current fine management technology input of peach farmers,the research goal of this section is to sort out and clarify its possible effects from two aspects of structural adjustment effect and cultivation benefit effect.The research results show that,under the current standard level of fresh peaches,the labor input in the management of farm households can significantly increase the proportion of high-quality fruit in the orchard,and then improve the structure of the fruit output.From the overall point of view,although the increase in labor input for fine management techniques can increase the total output level of farmers,the increase in production value must rely on the matching inputs of fertilizers,pesticides,and other related factor,meaning that the increase in the total output value of farmers is a classic case of cost-push.It is worth noting that it is difficult for peasant households to maintain or obtain higher returns from the increase in the level of fine management technology investment,and with the increase in the level of investment in meticulous management of peasant households,the net income of fresh peach cultivation is a downward trend.Based on the above research contents,the author puts forward the following policy recommendations,from the perspective of coping with the rising trend of labor prices and improving the level of investment in the fine management of farm households:Firstly,the government should optimize the existing agricultural product quality grading standards;Secondly,the enterprise agricultural product brands should be strengthened,supported and protected;Thirdly,the government should build an "Internet Plus" comprehensive policy and infrastructure platform;Fourthly,the comprehensive social management service system should be encouraged and nurtured;Fifthly,the government should enhance the promotion and pilot work of emerging pesticides such as biopesticides.
