Under the background of the supply side reform,the construction of ecological civilization and the development of green economy,the development of forestry industry in China is under great pressure,China is facing great pressure in the development of forestry industry.There are some limitations in the development of forestry only by single enterprise,single link and single chain,however,from the perspective of the whole industry,the whole process and the whole chain,the collaboration of forestry green supply chain provides a new path for the development of forestry industry.For this purpose,we need to study the following contents:(i)What is the current situation of forestry green supply chain collaboration,and what is the problem?(ii)what are the characteristics of forestry green supply chain collaboration compared with the general manufacturing industry?(iii)How to construct theoretical framework of the whole industry collaboration mechanism of forestry green supply chain? Is there any important factors ignored in the existing research in the green supply chain collaboration?(iv)what are the effects of whole industry collaboration in green supply chain?(v)what is the practice and application value of the whole industry collaboration in forestry green supply chain for core enterprises,supply chain and government? In view of the above problems,this paper carried out the following research work.First of all,through the summary and analysis of the reality in our country,we analyze some problems on the collaboration in the forestry green supply chain:(i)forest resources foundation is weak and it depends on resources heavily in the process of collaboration;(ii)its operation is still not coordinated across industry,link,region;(iii)the lack of overall industrial collaboration management ability;(iv)the collaborative management of forestry enterprise core competitiveness is not competitive;(v)the overall collaboration performance of forestry green supply chain coordination performance is low.Secondly,based on the analysis of practical problems,the differences between forestry green supply chain collaboration and general manufacturing industry are compared.Forestry green supply chain collaboration has overcome the bottleneck of resources,optimized the characteristics of pluralistic values,protected the forestry ecological safety on the target;there are complexity across the three industries,multi hierarchy of the organizational structure of the management,highly dispersiveness of the main body,dominance of the core enterprises and mutualism of natural and social system on the cooperative organization;in the process of cooperation,it presents the interweaving of natural production and social production process,the universality of region span,the hysteresis of demand response time and high-risk features.Third,according to the analysis results of collaborative characteristics,we construct the SEM framework of the whole industry collaboration in Forestry Green Supply chain based on the theory of planned behavior.The mechanism of model shows that the cooperative performance of whole industry in forestry green supply chain is influenced by resource dependence,collaboration trust,cooperative communication,information sharing,collaborative decision-making and collaborative incentives in common.Thereinto forest resource dependence is the external latent variables of collaboration mechanism model of forestry green supply chain.Fourthly,we carry out a quantitative empirical analysis of the whole industry cooperation mechanism model of green forestry supply chain.Data were collected using field interviews and questionnaires,and parametric tests were conducted using the SEM structural equation method.The results of empirical analysis shows that forest resource dependence has a significant positive impact on collaborative trust and information sharing.Cooperative trust has a significant positive impact on information sharing and collaborative communication,which is also a partial mediating variable for forest resource dependence and information sharing.Collaboration Communication has a significant positive effect on information sharing,which is also a partial mediating variable for forest resource dependence and information sharing.Information sharing has a significant positive impact on collaborative decision-making.Collaboration decision has a significant positive impact on collaborative incentives.Collaborative incentives have a direct promotional effect on the collaborative performance,and also has a significant effect on economic performance,resource performance and ecological performance,but its effect on social performance has not been supported.Fifthly,according to the analysis result of collaborative mechanism,the research on the effect of whole industry cooperation in forestry green supply chain is conducted.The results shows that the all-industry cooperation in forestry green supply chain has four effects which are economy,ecology,resource and society.The economic effects which are including reducing transaction costs and uncertainty.Ensuring ecological security and improving the ecological environment are included in the ecological effects.Resource effects which are including access to resources and reduction of resource dependence.Satisfying appeals to interests and promoting social development are included in the social effects.Sixthly,according to the results of the analysis on the SEM empirical and collaborative effect,a mechanism system of resource-guarantee mechanism,collaborative-trust mechanism,information-sharing mechanism,collaborative-communication mechanism,collaborative decision-making mechanism and collaborative-incentive mechanism was constructed,and from the different levels on core enterprises,supply Chain management and government management,we put forward suggestions for implementation.Finally,the dissertation summarizes the innovation points and subsequent research prospects.The main innovations are as follows:(i)Constructing the SEM mechanism model of the whole industry collaboration in the forestry green supply chain;(ii)Exploring the relationship between the forest resources dependence and the whole industry green supply chain;(iii)Demonstrating that the green supply chain collaboration in forestry differs from the general characteristics of the manufacturing supply chain collaboration in terms of goal,organization and process;(iv)Revealing the effect of the whole industry collaboration in the forestry green supply chain.
