With the deepening of Chinese herbal medicine research,many Chinese herbal medicine has antibacterial,bactericidal and antiviral effects,detoxification of Chinese herbal medicine for the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases has been widely used clinically,and has a good effect,while non-toxic side effects and residual and difficult to produce resistance.At present,there is a lack of molecular level to study the relationship between the molecular structure of traditional Chinese medicine and the mechanism of antiviral molecules,but the research on the antibacterial effect of Chinese herbal medicine has made great progress.In this study,we used the theory of dialectical treatment of veterinary medicine,combined with in vitro antibacterial test and in vivo efficacy test,the preparation of compound Jinxiong oral liquid,the choice of clinical often disease-chicken E.coli disease,Chinese herbal medicine compound preparation control of E.coli as the starting point,isolation and identification of the superior serotype of clinical E.coli,laboratory research and field experiment on the effect of Chinese herbal compound on the prevention and treatment of chicken colibacillosis,and scientifically and systematically screened the prescription of compound Jinxiong oral liquid.The results are as follows:1.The traditional Chinese herbal medicine,such as andrographis paniculata,honeysuckle,forsythia,chrysanthemum,radix isatidis and realgar,were selected according to the theory of veterinary medicine,and the established antibacterial base group was selected.Flavored,using orthogonal test,combined with MIC and MBC test in vitro and efficacy test in vivo,thus establishing Chinese herbal compound-Jinxiong oral liquid.Based on the results of MIC and MBC,the in vivo efficacy test was carried out in the group(7),(13)and(15)with the lowest bactericidal concentration of E.coli.Chinese herbal medicine compound test results showed that three groups of Chinese herbal compound to low,medium and high in the continuous medication 3d withdrawal within 5d after the infection against E.coli could play a very good protective effect,during which no mortality,protection rates were more than 80%,of which,the high dose in the protection effect was no significant difference.The results of treatment showed that the effect of traditional Chinese products(GB 18406.3-2001).The results showed that the compound in vivo effective and safe,non-toxic side effects.2.The aim of this study is to make sure the serotypes and drug resistance situation of pathogenic E.coli strains in Shandong Province,and prepare traditional Chinese herbal liquid for prevention and treatment of chicken coliballilosis.In experiment one,150 strains of Escherichia coli from 25 chicken farms in Shandong province were isolated and identified.Among all the strains,16 strains were not identified as any known serotype,2 strains exhibited self coagulation phenomenon,and the remaining 132 strains were classified into 16 different "O" serotypes.The results showed that 45 strains were serotype O78,accounting for 30%;other dominant serotypes were O24a,O111 and Os,were 12.67%,9.33%and 8%respectively.Disk diffusion method recommended from NCCLS was used to test their susceptibility for antimicrobial agents,and the results showed that the situation of bacterial drug resistance,especially multi-drug resistance,was very serious.More than 50%of E.coli strains were sensitive to kanamycin,gentamycin,amikacin,and apramicin,and more than 50%of strains were resistant to ciprofloxacin,erythromycin,ceftiofur,and enrofloxacin,100%of strains were resistant to enrofloxacin and compound sulfa drug.The trial was further applied to the in vitro antibacterial and in vivo efficacy trials of E.coli from serological serotypes of clinically isolated sera serotypes.Among them,the protection rate of the group(5)was as high as 90%,the cure rate was 80%,the relative weight gain rate was also slightly better than the other experimental group,as an effective compound for the prevention and treatment of chicken E.coli disease.3.The group(7)and(15)were used to perform in vitro antibacterial and in vivo efficacy trials against E.coli isolated from clinically isolated serotypes.The protective rates of O78,O24a,O111 and O5 were 90%,80%,100%and 80%respectively.The cure rates of O78,O24a,O111 and Os were 80%,80%,90%,80%.The overall effect is better than the group(7)and chemical antibacterial drugs,therefore,as a clinical prevention and treatment of chicken colibacillosis effective compound.In order to further elucidate the prevention and treatment of the compound traditional Chinese medicine preparation "Jinxiong Oral Liquid" in the actual production,the comparison of the prevention of broiler chickens,the clinical treatment of young breeders and laying hens were conducted.The incidence rate of chickens was 8.1%and the mortality rate
