Sheep diarrhea caused by various reasons is a great obstacle to the development of sheep industry.In order to evaluate the therapeutic effect of formaldehyde oral liquid on diarrhea disease of sheep,the explosive diarrhea cases in Daqing as a starting point,study the effect of formaldehyde oral liquid on sheep diarrhea.5 healthy sheep were selected for the safety test.5 healthy sheep and 12 diarrhea sheep were therapeutic trial.5 healthy sheep are selected as healthy group,2 of diarrhea sheep do directly slaughter for pathological examination,the remaining were random Ly divided into 2 groups,control group and experimental group with 5 in each group,the control group using conventional treatment with intramuscular injection of enrofloxacin,experimental group were fed with formaldehyde oral liquid.Venous blood samples were collected from 1 d,2 d,and 4 d during the test period,and then were injected into the EDTA anticoagulant tube,Detection of the physiological indexes: RBC?HCT?HGB?MCV?WBC?Seg neutr?Band neutr?Mon?Lym?Eos.Blood samples were collected from jugular vein and serum was detected: ALB?ALKP?ALT?GGT?GLU?TP?CREA?BUN.During the experiment,1 d,2 d,4 d,6 d were used to collect the feces of sheep,and the fecal characteristics,parasites,white blood cells,red blood cells,epithelial cells,starch granules and fungi were detected.After the test,Choice a sheep slaughter from the three group,collect the abomasum and duodenum tissue samples,HE staining was used to detect the mucosal morphology,inflammatory cell changes.The results:(1)Comprehensive sheep incidence,clinical symptoms,pathological changes,bacterial isolation and identification of animal experiments,determine the outbreak of diarrhea pathogen of sheep is pathogenic Escherichia coli.(2)In the pre experiment,the physiological and biochemical indexes of the blood were not obvious after the sheep were fed with formaldehyde.(3)At 1 d,Compared with the healthy group,the test group of the WBC and Band neutr content rise sharply and the difference is extremely significant(P<0.01),after the treatment,the content of 4 is reduced,the difference is not significant(P>0.05).At 1 d,the percentage of Lym in the experimental group and the control group was lower than that in the healthy group,the difference between the two groups was not significant(P>0.05),There was significant difference between the experimental group and the healthy group(P<0.05).The test group of sheep the Red volume compare with the healthy group,the average value increased significantly(P<0.01),Compared with the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05),2 d,the average value decreased slightly compared with healthy group(P<0.05),there is no significant difference compare with control group(P>0.05).4 d,the experimental group relatively with the other two groups,the difference was not significant(P>0.05).Comparison of experimental group and healthy group of biochemical indexes,GLU content of 1 d and 2 d decreased,and the difference was significant(P<0.05),4 d,there was no significant difference,Compared with the healthy group,the TP content of experimental group at 1 d increased significantly(P<0.05),at 2 d and 4 d,the experimental group compare with the other two groups had no significant difference(P>0.05).At 4 d,Compared with that of the healthy group,the feces of the experimental group were converted to dry stool,while there are still loose stools and inflammatory cells in the control group.In summary,5.6 m L formaldehyde oral liquid has no toxic effect on healthy sheep and it has a positive effect on the treatment of diarrhea caused by Escherichia coli,during the same number of days,effect of the experimental group is better than that in control group.
