The topic of this thesis comes from the research topic of 3d database of human head in China.Combined with the practical requirements of huawei 's virtual reality glasses design,the product fit design method based on 3d shape knowledge of head and face is systematically studied.Due to the limitations of human capability,the needs of lifestyle and the development of wearable technology,there are more and more wearable devices,such as virtual reality glasses,that are directly attached to the human body,making the product present a trend from far away from the human body to fit the human body.The existing products directly fit with the human body are mainly located in the head,limbs and feet,among which the changes in the surface of the head are the most abundant,and the fit requirements for wearable products are the highest.Previously,products such as helmets and breathing masks did not attract much attention in the design industry due to the relatively small number of users.Now,however,wearable products constantly widened application scenario,People 's Daily life,work,entertainment has its figure,some will be used for a long time.On the premise of satisfying the functional requirements such as shading,stability and heat dissipation,comfortable user experience becomes the pursuit goal.However,the traditional measurement of simple linear dimensions can no longer meet the adaptive design requirements of the head and face products.Knowledge from the three-dimensional shape of the head and face becomes particularly important,giving the scientific and rational innovation opportunity of the product form.Based on this,two basic research problems of fit design are discussed:first,to explore the conceptual connotation,research paradigm,design elements,design patterns,design forms and design models of the fit design driven by the knowledge of 3d form of the head and face,as well as how to fit a large number of head and face data into a knowledge carrier that is convenient for designers to use with the help of computer graphics;Secondly,it is of great practical significance to explore how to apply the knowledge of 3d form of head face in design practice and how to objectively and effectively evaluate the adaptability of prototype of head face products.In this paper,anthropometric and statistical methods such as human body geometry analysis,data statistical analysis,correlation analysis and data fitting were adopted to reconstruct the 3d shape data of human head and face,so as to acquire the fitting head type that can reflect the essential characteristics and internal regularity of head and face shape,and become a tool for designers to adapt to design.The user interview,competitive product analysis and oral report method were used to understand the main problems affecting the product fit experience,and the correlation with the head and face morphology was used to establish the adaptability rating scale for different areas of the product.The analytic hierarchy process(AHP)was used to determine the weight of the product fit index and to evaluate the virtual adaptation.In this paper,the fit design is to study the matching relationship between human,product and environment based on the 3d shape knowledge of human head and face,so as to achieve a symbiotic state between the three,so as to ensure that the designed product can be used in a healthy,comfortable,safe and efficient manner.The domain knowledge of the spatial layout of human head and face shape,surface value range and associated attributes,and the knowledge carrier generated are taken as input objects.The collected head and face domain knowledge is absorbed,analyzed and applied under the control of product adaptation requirements,and the object knowledge of functional,behavioral and structural design elements is taken as the control factor.The process knowledge such as fit model and fit form,as supporting factors,is adopted to complete the design of products by employing certain fit design technology.These contents are put into fit system according to certain structure,and fit system can be regarded as complex "knowledge processor".The necessary recessive knowledge,such as weight,threshold and other parameters and materials,expert recognized professional knowledge,processing technology and production cost,is included to carry out various complex independent and mixed matching operations in the fit system.Output knowledge of product form results with new elements and structures;Through the design elements and design features,the designed product form reverses the head and face form and produces user experience.The theoretical and practical innovations of this paper are mainly reflected in the following aspects:First,by analyzing the fit design concept and research paradigm,the fit design theory is extended to the spatial category.Head facial form knowledge in the design process with domain knowledge,object,process knowledge and knowledge in the form of a result,because the head facial morphology has "part-whole" relationship,and the head face morphology of different people has the consistency of overall level and curved structure,which becomes the foundation of the construction of the body of head face morphology.Based on the ontology technology,the knowledge ontology of head face morphology is created,and the data related to the 3d shape of the head face is described uniformly to realize the communication and coordination among different levels of knowledge.The research path of the knowledge of head face shape driving product adaptation design from three aspects of fit media,fit drive and fit mapping is proposed,which provides an objective and comprehensive research framework for the design discipline to reveal the deep mapping relationship between head face shape knowledge and product form.Secondly,this paper studies the hierarchical relationship of head face morphology with data,information and knowledge from the macro level,creates the subontology of spatial layout of head face shape,surface value domain subontology and associated attribute subontology based on ontology technology from the micro level,and proposes the framework system of head face shape knowledge analysis.The head frame composed of different percentile human head models and marking points is fitted by computer algorithm,which provides a strong support for the shape design of products driven by 3d shape knowledge of the head and face.The results of this study have a certain innovative significance and research value in the field of morphological segmentation of 3d morphology of antinomy face.Third,based on the 3d scan database of the head and face,this paper proposes to form an objective evaluation method system of the head and face product suitability based on the adaptive test group,the adaptive rating scale,the virtual adaptation,and the regional adaptive weight.It is beneficial to improve the subjective evaluation method of product adaptation design,fully adapt to the actual demand of product design,production and market,and provide effective auxiliary decision-making tools for prediction and improvement of head and face product adaptability.
