In the conceptual design stage of complex electromechanical products,multiple principle schemes obtained through function analysis need to be evaluated,so as to determine the optimal principle scheme,which can provide a high-quality input for subsequent detailed design.During the development process of electromechanical products,multi-disciplinary design constraints are involved,and a large number of principle solution combinations will be formed,which makes the initial selection of the principle scheme more difficult.Next,there is a qualitative relationship of conflict or dependence between the evaluation objectives for the principle scheme,which can not accurately model the constraint relationship of each objective and ensure the stability of the optimal decision result.And then,due to the principle scheme is not highly specific,and it is difficult to analyze its performance expectations with the help of existing numerical optimization algorithms,which is likely to cause the subsequent iterative design.Thus,research to obtain the evaluation criteria set that is most relevant to the design intent to seek the selection direction,and to construct the solution law of the multi-objective conflict trade-off,is the key method to ensure the reliable and effective in the multi-objective decision for principle schemes.Simultaneously,studying the solution path to characterize the performance value of the scheme without establishing a mathematical model,and integrating performance into the conceptual design stage is an effective way to improve the principle schemes' performance value.To solve these problems,the coordination characteristics of game theory is used to re-architect the multi-criteria expectation conflict and multi-objective constraints quantification problem in the optimal decision of the principle scheme,and then the different principle scheme game decision models are proposed;furthermore,the principle solution performance value model was proposed to obtain the principle solution knowledge with high performance value to drive the optimization of the principle scheme.In addition,based on the above research theory,a prototype system for the principle scheme game decision was developed,and the reduction device principle scheme of the shearer cutting part is taken as a case study for verification.The main research works of the dissertation are as follows:(1)An initial principle scheme screening model based on functional design criteria is researched.Based on functional requirements and initial design constraints to guide the generation of functional design criteria,a multi-criteria game model based on the quadratic fuzzy clustering method is constructed,and the problem of conflicting functional design criteria is transformed into a game decision process;the correlation function is used to construct the game utility function,and the utility analysis of the strategy combinations under different game players is used to select the set of functional design criteria that satisfies the design intent and has the least conflict;and then apply it to the morphological matrix of a transmission device to screen the principle solutions and quickly obtain the feasible principle scheme set.(2)Construct a noncooperative-cooperative serial game decision model for new design principle schemes.Based on fuzzy clustering,the subfunctions and principle solutions are mapped into the strategy and variable set in the game process,and a game decision model with multiple evaluation objectives is constructed;next,the utility function of noncooperative game is constructed to balance the self-interest of each objective and obtain multiple dominant schemes;on this basis,the optimal solution path based on cooperative game model is constructed,and the above-mentioned multiple dominant schemes are decided based on the maximization of the overall design benefits,so as to ensure that the principle scheme pursues cost-effective on the basis of feasibility.Finally,the principle schemes of the functional clothes-drying device is taken as a case study to verify,and compared with TOPSIS to prove the robustness of the proposed method.(3)Construct a Shapley value game decision model for adaptive design principle schemes.By constructing a evaluation data from multi-decision makers fusion model based on the trust function to form the principle scheme value matrix;based on the scheme value matrix,define the coalition game model of the "economic-technical" players,and then construct the game utility matrix of the principle scheme;the characteristic function is used to seek the optimal coalition utility when the two players cooperate,and Shapley value method is used to allocate the utility;according to the deviation function,a comprehensive optimal principle scheme is given.Finally,taking the shearer rocker height-adjusting device as an example,the uniqueness and feasibility of the proposed method are illustrated by comparing with other multi-objective decision methods.(4)An improving model based on the performance value of the principle scheme is proposed.A performance-subfunction correlation matrix is constructed based on the performance characteristic model;based on overview of the literature,a "conditional incentive-performance response-working state" principle solution knowledge model is proposed,which is used to construct the principle solution-performance correlation matrix;on this basis,a performance value matrix representing the relationship between the principle solutions and the subfunctions is constructed,next the principle solution knowledge of high performance value is identified;furthermore,three types of principle solution operation approach are proposed to drive the improvement of the principle scheme.Based on the above-mentioned research model,a prototype system of principle scheme optimization is developed,which is verified by an example of medium-thick coal seam shearer to effectively improve the performance of the principle scheme.(5)Based on the aforementioned theoretical model,a prototype system for principle scheme game decision was developed,which assisted in the initial screening of principle schemes,the noncooperative-cooperative integrated game decision,and the principle scheme decision based on the Shapley value method.And reduction device principle schemes of the shearer cutting part is taken as a case study to verify the effectiveness of the system.
