With the continuous deepening of economic globalization,the fictitious economy based on finance and its derivatives in Europe and the United States,after frequently causing the global economic crisis and causing the general slowdown and sluggishness of world economic growth,and gradually realized that processing and manufacturing,The stable operation of the national economy and the enhancement of social stability play an important role.Among them,the equipment manufacturing industry in the manufacturing industry is particularly important for economic restructuring,industrial upgrading,forward-looking technology reserves,and sustainable economic development.The vast majority of manufacturing belong to complex products,especially the equipment manufacturing industry.complex products often need to change product design and adaptability because of its complex structure,process and function modules as well as the variable environment(such as policy regulation,technological innovation,market changes,etc.)where customers and enterprises were during its design process.In order to make the various losses as small as possible which are caused by the above changes and adjustments,the existing research results demonstrate great deviation between the model and the facts,and the task-resource coordination and optimization model was based on the "rational reason" assumption.In view of this,this article is based on the theory of behavioral management that has gradually emerged in the research of complex products in recent years,and studies the problem of coordination and optimization of complex product design task changes based on bounded rationality.The main research work and results of the paper are as follows:First,study theories and methods related to the change of complex product design tasks based on behavioral operations.Firstly,it conducts detailed analysis and research on the main development models of enterprise product design: Sequential,concurrent engineering,and optimization design.Second,it studies the mechanism,process,and coordination of task change in complex product design systems.Finally,it studies the complexity from the perspective of behavioral operations.Related solutions to product design system problems.Second,study the identification of changes in complex product design tasks.Firstly,analyze the incentives for changes in complex product design tasks according to changes in customer,business,and non-market factors;second,study the identification principles for the change of complex product design tasks and provide the identification process;and finally,the complex products based on the time,nature,and reasons for change.Design tasks for classification.Thirdly,it studies the method of decision-making for changing the orientation of complex product design tasks based on behavioral operations.Firstly,combining the classic foreground theory of fuzzy mathematics and behavioral operation,we analyze the psychological risk perception of each decision-making subject when it responds to the task change and determine the value propensity of the decision-making subject.Secondly,according to the value function theory and the selection criteria of the weight coefficient,determine the design changes are not satisfied with the membership function;finally,a tendency decision method for the change of complex product design tasks based on behavioral operations is derived.Fourth,study the optimization model of changing disturbance decision-making model for complex product design task based on prospect theory.Firstly,the problem is described and defined,and the research variables and parameters are explained.Secondly,based on the design decision change perturbation measure function of priority,an optimization model for decision-making of complex product design task change is constructed.Further,an adaptive multi-objective dynamic scheduling algorithm based on events and cycles is designed based on the two-layer coding strategy in which the task design sequence and the subject are merged.Finally,the effectiveness of the model is verified by simulation experiments.The simulation results show that the model changes the disturbance decision-making.Deviation ratio does not consider the change of disturbance decision based on the design task of the behavior subject under the condition of different subject decision priorities,which is more consistent with the unaltered scheme.That is,in the event of a product design task change,adopting the method of this paper can enable different subjects to complete decision making with smaller perturbations according to decision priorities on the premise of maximum expected return of each individual,thereby involving the subject's psychological behavior in product design changes.Perceptual perturbation decision metrics provide new ideas and are conducive to enriching and improving product design change management theory.
