In recent years, with the rapid development of the high speed railway in China and the accelerated process of urbanization, the impact of the high speed rail on the economic development of the city and the spatial structure of the city is becoming more and more obvious.International experience has proved that high speed rail can strengthen the links between cities along the high speed rail and speed up the flow of economic factors such as capital, labor and technology in the region. In our country, many urban managers and relevant experts and scholars have a better expectation of the high speed rail, which is regarded as an excellent opportunity to promote the flow of economic factors and the development of the city. Many regional central cities have made use of the advantages of high speed rail to improve the accessibility and improve the investment environment, attract the inflow of economic factors from the region, and promote the transformation of the urban spatial structure. However,in the actual construction process of some high speed rail cities in China, there is a problem of uncoordinated development of high speed rail and urban development. In China, the research on the impact of high speed rail on urban spatial structure is still lacking systematic theoretical and empirical support.Based on the literature review, this paper intends to examine the impact of high-speed rail on urban spatial structure from the perspective of economic factors flow. This paper defines the connotation of urban spatial structure from the perspective of interdisciplinary research, divides the research content into three spatial levels: region, city and site from the perspective of overall system understanding, and penetrates the perspective of economic factor flow throughout the research process, and deeply analyses the relationship between "high-speed railway-economic factor flow-urban spatial structure";This paper investigates the impact of high-speed rail on regional and urban economic factors flow, expounds the spatial impact of external economic factors inflow and internal economic factors flow, and the role of capital distribution in the station area on the spatial structure of the station area, thus explaining the process and internal mechanism of high-speed rail influencing urban spatial structure through economic factors.Firstly, the theoretical framework of the impact of high-speed rail on urban spatial structure is constructed from the perspective of economic factor mobility. At the regional level, the high speed rail can greatly change the accessibility characteristics of the region. The stations along the line directly connected with the high speed rail may gain the inflow of the economic factors by the promotion of accessibility, and the high iron plays the role of the redistribution of regional economic factors. At the urban level, the new or lost economic factors make the urban absolute rent and differential rent change, which leads to the displacement of the urban economic elements according to the specific renting curve and the adjustment of the urban industrial structure and industrial layout, thus affecting the urban spatial structure. At the level of the station, the construction of the high speed railway stations increases the passenger flow of the site, and the characteristics of different passenger flows shape the distribution of capital invested in different cities, and then form the corresponding site area layout and space structure.Based on the above theoretical framework, this paper conducts a case study on the high-speed rail corridor and Lyon in TGV southeast line,France. With the opening of TGV,the passenger flow in the Paris-Leon high-speed railway corridor has been greatly increased, and the economic elements inside the corridor are from the non-station cities along the high-speed railway corridor to the station city. After the influence of TGV on the flow of economic elements in the high-speed railway corridor of the southeast line and its influence on the economic elements of the city, the traditional industry of Lyon city has been reorganized and the third industry is rising, which has caused the change of the scale, intensity and structure of the urban land use.The opening of TGV leads to the increase of passenger traffic and the promotion of node value.A series of development measures in the site area also lead to the promotion of place value;the distribution characteristics of passenger flow in the site determine the overall structure of the site area and the core area to a certain extent. After studying foreign cases, this paper takes the Shanghai Nanjing high-speed railway corridor and the central city of Nanjing along the line as an example to make an empirical study on the construction of Nanjing high speed rail city.At the regional level, this paper studies the impact of the high speed rail on the accessibility of the Shanghai Nanjing corridor and the flow characteristics of the urban passenger flow along the Shanghai Nanjing high speed railway. It is believed that the opening of the Shanghai Nanjing high speed rail will help to reduce the transportation cost of the Shanghai Nanjing corridor and enhance the external accessibility of the cities along the Shanghai Nanjing corridor, thereby affecting the economic factors flow in the Shanghai Nanjing corridor and promoting the economic factors. The movement of economic factors and the effect of regional urbanization are beneficial to the industrial transfer and industrial upgrading of HuNing corridor. At the urban level, the opening of the high speed rail can enhance the hub status of Nanjing, speed up the flow of economic factors into Nanjing from the surrounding areas, and bring up the overall rent of the cities and the rise of land rent in the site, and thus promote the displacement of the capital in the city. The change of capital in urban space will promote the increase of urban land scale and drive the improvement of urban land intensity, which is conducive to the optimization of urban land use structure. At the site level, this paper analyzes the classification and characteristics of the passenger flow in NanJing South Railway Station, summarizes the development model of the NanJing South Railway Station, and then divides the site area into different circles according to the characteristics of the capital distribution, and expounds the spatial structure of each circle. After that, this paper makes a comparative reflection on the construction of high-speed rail cities in China and abroad based on international experience. In order to prevent the excessive loss of economic factors in the underdeveloped areas of the high speed rail corridor in China,in order to meet the needs of the commuter business of various high speed railway passenger flows among cities, and to avoid the unordered vicious competition between the cities of the high speed rail cities, the research has been put forward in accordance with the law analysis of the regional impact on the high speed rail in other countries.First,at the regional level,we should strengthen the construction of regional traffic network, enrich the operation mode of the high speed rail, establish the complementary urban system with complementary functions, and strengthen the industrial complementarity and information exchange among cities so as to realize the "win-win" situation of the cities along the high speed rail line.Secondly,at the urban level,we need to coordinate the development strategy of different high speed railway stations, formulate relevant policies based on the market, and use the price mechanism to prevent the migration of too many enterprises from the urban center to the urban peripheral sites, and lead to the decline of the inner city.At the same time, the urban public transportation system should be perfected to reduce the economic factors flow in the city. The resistance of moving.Thirdly,in the site area, different urban functions should be arranged according to the distribution characteristics of economic factors, and the value of sites in the site area should be promoted, and the spiral development of node value and place value should be reached. This paper mainly studies the above-mentioned four parts: theoretical construction, case analysis, empirical research and comparative reflection, and tries to carry out research and innovation from the following three aspects: First, from the perspective of economic factor flow, that is,this study introduces the perspective of economic factor flow, clarifies the driving mechanism of urban spatial structure evolution, and analyzes the role of high-speed rail in it,for a certain period of time.In degree,it fills in the deficiency of theoretical research on high iron effect.Secondly, the overall system research and analysis, that is to say, this study avoids looking at the impact of high-speed rail stations on urban space from the isolated urban area dimension, but puts them in the system of regions and cities, that is,high-speed rail stations,high-speed rail cities and high-speed rail corridors,to analyze the impact of high-speed rail on regions and cities.Thirdly,cross-disciplinary research, that is to say, this study does not use the previous single disciplinary perspective, but attempts to examine the impact of high-speed rail on urban spatial structure from the perspective of new economic geography, geography and urban and rural planning.Due to the limitation of time and level, there is still room for improvement in the study of the impact of high speed rail on urban spatial structure.City is a complex giant system, the formation of urban space structure is also related to a variety of factors, not one or two factors can be completely left and right, how much the high speed rail can affect the flow of economic factors, and a more scientific and effective method to study the evidence. There are about 207000 words in the dissertation.
