Equipment manufacturing enterprises is the strategic support for the development of the national economy,and it has made considerable progress in participating in the division of Global Value Chain.However,due to factors such as increased labor costs,rising raw material prices,and technological blockades from developed countries,China's equipment manufacturing enterprises have fallen into a dilemma.In this dilemma,the high-end upgrade of the value chain is locked,and in low-end market,the competition is fierce and profits are compressed.Therefore,equipment manufacturing enterprises are facing an urgent need to enhance their value-added capabilities and upgrade their value chains.With the development of the service economy,there has been a clear integration and mutual enhancement between service and manufacturing.Serviceization is generally regarded as an effective way to realize the transformation and upgrading of enterprises.While the degree of servitization is constantly improving,the original value logicof equipment manufacturing enterprises such as value subjects and value resourceshas changed,but the new value logic is still in the exploration stage.Under the Chinese management scenario,mature and useful value chain integration patterns based on servitization has not yet been formed.Therefore,the integration behavior is still in a state of groping,leading to a phenomenon of "dilemma of servitization" in some equipment manufacturing enterprises,that is,servitization cannot promote the performance of enterprises.Based on the above analysis,it is of great significance to promote the upgrading of the value chain of equipment manufacturing enterprises.It is of great significance to explore how equipment manufacturing enterprises can optimize and refactoring value system through servitization,and which mature integration patterns can be used for reference.Analyze the mechanism of the value chain integration of equipment manufacturing enterprises based on servitization and design the framework of the integration patterns.On the basis of defining relevant concepts,firstly,the core power and process of value chain integration based on servitization are analyzed.Secondly,the use of numerical simulation analysis reveals the process of equipment manufacturing enterprises to enhance the value-added ability through the value chain integration based on servitization.Thirdly,using Grounded Theory Mathodology and SEM to identify and verify the driving factors of value-added ability,including service integration ability,enterprise network capital,value proposition matching,enterprise' resource orchestration.Finally,based on the theoretical framework of "driving factor structure-value chain evolution state-value chain integration pattern",four patterns were designed,including value process extension pattern,strategic link radiation pattern,value module cohesion pattern,value network connection pattern,and analyzed the relationship between the four patterns.From the three aspects of pattern analysis,pattern construction,and pattern operation,the four patterns are specifically designed.First,it reveals the connotation and characteristics,the frameworks and the value-added processes of the four patterns.Secondly,the construction process of the four patterns was designed separately.The construction of value process extension pattern includes user needs analysis,product service plan design,and value process extension strategy.The construction of the strategic link radiation pattern includes the identification of strategic links,value chain integration pattern formation,and integration pattern implementation strategy.The construction of value network integration pattern includes value module division,value module integration,and interface rule construction.The construction of value network integration pattern includes value unit extraction,the construction of collaboration and integration mechanism of each value unit,and value network formation.Finally,the operation rules of the four patterns are analyzed.Based on the analysis of the operation processes of the four patterns,the corresponding mathematical model was established and solved,and the operation stability of the four patterns and its influencing factors were analyzed respectively.The pattern selection mechanism and guarantee strategy of the value chain integration of equipment manufacturing enterprises based on servitizationwere constructed.On the basis of the selection process design of integration patterns,a selection mechanism was constructed from the three aspects of driving factors evaluation index system construction,driving factors structure judgment,and value chain integration pattern selection.The protection strategy of value chain integration was designed from two aspects of environmental protection and organizational protection.Taking YQHQ Company as an example,a case study was carried out on the research conclusion of this dissertation to verify its rationality and feasibility.Since Chins' s equipment manufacturing enterprises lack effective value chain integration patterns,this dissertationis of great significance to the transformation and upgrading of equipment manufacturing enterprises,because it explores how equipment manufacturing enterprises can optimize and refactoring their value systems and enhance their value-added capabilities through servitization based on servitization theory and value theory.
