Research On The Mode Of High Quality Development Of The Geothermal Industry In China

With the socialism with Chinese characteristics entering into the new era,the Chinese economy has changed from the stage of simple pursuit of speed to the stage of high-quality development.In essence,high-quality economic development cannot be separated from energy transformation.Energy transformation depends not only on the in-depth reform of energy supply side,but also on the mode transformation of the whole industry crucially,which is the same with geothermal energy.In this paper,some new operation modes in the development of this industry are generalized.Based on the international experience of geothermal energy industry,the theoretical research of industrial development and public management,the concept of "high quality development mode of geothermal energy" is put forward.The main achievements and understandings of this paper are as follows1.Referring to the theoretical framework of industrial development,this paper makes a systematic analysis of the development of geothermal energy industry in China,and summarizes the special laws of the development of geothermal energy industry in China,such as rich and uneven resource reserves,industrial market structure,and outstanding advantages of later development.Using the multi-user evaluation model to assess the the competitiveness of geothermal energy industry.It is concluded that the overall competitiveness score of China’s geothermal energy industry is 75.64,and there is more to improve.At the same time,the structure equation mode with concrete index and parameter is used to make quantification analysis of the influencing factor of the geothermal energy industrial development.2.On the basis of summarizing the inherent law,existing models,international experience of geothermal energy industry development in China,this paper puts forward the concept of high-quality development mode of geothermal energy industry,analyzes the logic change of industrial development in the new era and puts forward the theoretical conception of high-quality development model of geothermal energy industry,and then constructs the basic logic framework of high-quality development model of geothermal energy industry from the perspective of necessity,reality and realization.3.The key points of the high-quality development mode of geothermal energy industry are preliminarily researched.It is proposed that the high-quality development of geothermal energy industry in China should at least include the key aspects of innovation driven development,coordinated sustainable development,green ecological development,high-efficiency development,effective supply development,medium and high-end structural development,open and inclusive development,and public sharing development Content.4.Based on the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of different subjects,as well as the relevant theoretical research results,this paper puts forward the roles and management strategies of different subjects such as the government,state-owned geothermal energy enterprises,private geothermal energy enterprises,financial institutions,universities and scientific research institutions in the construction process of high-quality development mode of geothermal energy industry in China according to the basic positioning and main functions of each subject.
