At the end of the 13th five-year plan,with the improvement of China's expressway network,the expressway will enter the large-scale maintenance stage from the construction period of rapid development.As the core material of highway preventive maintenance technology,high performance emulsified asphalt has become a research hot spot among road engineers.Resin materials are widely used in hot melt adhesive materials due to their high strength,strong bonding force and relatively simple application process.How to apply resin materials in emulsified asphalt and improve the comprehensive performance of emulsified asphalt is a new target in the field of high-performance emulsified asphalt.On the basis of the characteristics of resin material,this paper adopts two different types of resin material to blend modification of emulsified asphalt,proposed in view of the two different emulsified asphalt preparation technology of resin,resin-emulsified asphalt is studied in macroscopic properties of blend,at the same time reveals the resin in micro-mesoscopic characteristic of emulsified asphalt and the modification mechanism,further use of blend of rubber compound modification,and study the macro properties and microstructure characteristics;The research results are expected to provide scientific data for the engineering application of resin-emulsified asphalt blends.Main research contents and results are as follows:(1)Preparation and performance evaluation of water-borne epoxy resin-emulsified asphalt blendAccording to the polymer emulsion blending theory,the two-component water-borne epoxy resin-emulsified asphalt blend was prepared.Based on drawing test,gel test and dynamic thermal mechanical analysis(DMA)test,the adhesive properties,gel hot wire and dynamic thermodynamic properties of the water-borne epoxy resin-emulsified asphalt blend were evaluated,and the optimum proportion range of the blend was obtained.The microstructure and blending mechanism of reactive resin-emulsified asphalt blends were revealed by fluorescence microscope and ftir spectrometer.(2)Preparation and performance evaluation of the viscous resin-emulsified asphalt blendAccording to the principle of similar compatible viscosity resin was prepared by modified emulsified asphalt,the three major indexes based on asphalt test,drawing strength test,emulsified asphalt storage stability test,the dynamic thermal mechanical analysis(DMA),dynamic shear test and more stress and creep recovery experiment(MSCR)evaluated-emulsified asphalt viscosity resin blend of conventional performance,the stick performance,storage stability,dynamic thermodynamic properties,rheological properties and resistance to deformation ability;The optimum proportion range of blends is obtained.With the help of fluorescence microscope and Fourier transform spectrometer,the microstructure and blending mechanism of t the resin-emulsified asphalt blend were revealed.(3)Performance evaluation of rubber latex composite modified water-based epoxy resin-emulsified asphalt blendUsing two different rubber latex blending of waterborne epoxy emulsion asphalt modification,based on the tensile test,the dynamic thermal mechanical analysis(DMA)to evaluate the two kinds of latex on the tensile properties of blend,the influence of dynamic thermodynamic characteristics,obtained the optimum content of latex,and with the help of fluorescence microscope reveals the latex blend the influence of the phase structure and phase formation mechanism of the strength of the blend;(4)Performance evaluation of SBS-viscous resin-emulsified asphalt blendThe conventional properties,storage stability,dynamic thermodynamic properties,rheological properties and deformability of SBS-viscosified resin-emulsified asphalt were evaluated by dynamic thermal mechanical analysis(DMA),dynamic shear test and multi-stress creep recovery test(MSCR).The three-phase structure and blending mechanism of SBS-viscosified resin-emulsified asphalt were revealed by fluorescence microscope.
