Fuse is an indispensable part of weapon system and controled device which can use target information to make various ammunition timely detonations.Fuse is becoming more and more important in modern war.Shell-carried antenna is a key technology in radio proximity fuse.Three different types of antennas based on their respective systems are presented in this paper.The features of antenna radiation pattern have two major lobes which is symmetric about normal line.Firstly,a circular microstrip antenna is designed for the frequency-hopping fuse system.The radiation pattern of working antenna is analyzed based on cavity membrane theory at the main mode and higher-order mode.The major lobe diverging from normal 60 degrees can be obtained by selecting a particular higher-order mode.E and H plane of antenna have wide main lobe at the same time.For frequency-hopping fuses,a dual-frequency antenna with a frequency difference of 100 MHz is designed.A micro-disturbance unit is loaded on the micro-strip patch,and the dual frequency of the antenna can be achieved through calculus of variation analysis.Secondly,due to the larger deviation angle of the main lobe of the micro-strip antenna,a horn antenna is redesigned.The radiation pattern of horn antenna and micro-strip antenna are consistent,but the deviation angle of horn antenna is smaller and gain is easy to control.The horn antenna is realized by the coaxial conversion waveguide.The mode matching method shows that the antenna has reflection at the waveguide discontinuity,and has lateral radiation performance by internal field variation.Double-ridged waveguide antenna expands the operating bandwidth of the antenna.The waveguide discontinuity horn antenna is suitable for continuous wave frequency modulation fuse.Thirdly,the paper adds the shortcomings of the micro-strip antenna and the horn antenna(fixed micro-strip antenna beam,narrow horn antenna beam adjustable range),and introduces phased array antenna.By comparing uniform linear arrays with non-uniform arrays,non-uniform linear array Lateral radiation can be obtained by inverting excitation,but its beam direction and beam width is related to the number and spacing of array elements.The more array elements,the smaller the beam shift angle.The amplitude of the side-lobe can be optimized by using Chebyshev and cone cutting methods.The phase change of the element feed affects the axis of antenna radiation.Phased Array Antenna System consists of array elements,exciters,TR components,power splitters,computers.The physical object is processed and the test is completed.Since the overall phased array test has not been completed during the modification of the antenna test site,it does not affect the accuracy of the antenna analysis.A large number of analysis processes and graphs are given in this paper,which has important reference value for the fuse antenna design.
