With the rapid development of China's automobile industry,the automobile inbound logistics becomes more and more important.Automobile inbound logistics is the most important part of the benign operation of its supply chain,as well as the most important link to control costs,improve production efficiency and regulate production.But the current study of automobile inbound logistics,mainly in the traditional logistics mode of sectional study,namely research parts charge three major transport and control in factory and the factory logistics link to the optimization of a single link or two adjacent segment joint optimization,auto parts,the author of this paper into the factory main problems of logistics at present,build the location of marshalling drive car parts incoming logistics distribution optimization model,the three key links of the factory logistics integrated optimization research.This paper makes a systematic analysis of the automotive inbound logistics,and integrates the automotive inbound logistics system and the production system by rationalizing the three main links of the logistics,taking the theory of value chain increment as the guide,and using the idea of station marshaling driving.This paper integrated and optimized three main links of inbound logistics,constructed the optimization mode of automotive inbound logistics driven by station feeding marshalling and its supporting system,designed the optimization path of this mode in two typical application scenarios,and studied the key technical problems to be solved in different optimization scenarios.Aiming at the optimization of inbound logistics under operational scenarios,this paper proposes that the management difficulty,transportation cost and storage cost should be weighed comprehensively.Considering the demand fluctuation of the assembly plant and the optimal total cost of transportation and warehousing,a mathematical model for the optimization of the in-plant logistics of parts considering the robustness is established,and a hybrid heuristic genetic algorithm is designed to solve the model.Paper for ideal scenario incoming logistics optimization problem,considering in a stable location marshalling,driven by the optimal,how to realize the factory logistics total cost is established location marshalling driven vehicle routing and capacity of integrated optimization mathematical model,designed a genetic algorithm(GA)and the local search(LS)algorithm with the combination of hybrid genetic algorithm(HGA)model,and actual cases are simulated and validated.The research results of this paper are applied in A automobile company,which optimizes the in-plant logistics system of parts and components in the factories being operated by A automobile company,and plans the in-plant logistics system of parts and components in the newly built factories of A automobile company,achieving good application results.
