Contemporary social and economic development is sure to hasten the birth of expressway which is a distinguishing feature of the rapid development of modern society.China's rapid development of highways needs to enhance the level of road services,the various diseases of the road surface have seriously affected the safety of the highway.Research on the integrated multi-objective management of expressway repairing project will help enhance the expressway planning level,which is to promote the sustainable development of society and economics.This dissertation defines and classifies the expressway repairing project,and gives an exposition of its technical features.Under the multi-objective integrated management framework and evaluation system of expressway large and medium-sized maintainance engineering,the ‘three-one' target conversion mechanism and multi-objective optimization method of large and medium-sized highway maintainance project are constructed and applied to the actual project.Finally,according to the application effect and puts forward some suggestions on how to optimize the construction management of large and medium-sized highway construction.The details are as follows:Chapter 1 is an introduction.In this chapter the purpose and significance of this research,the domestic and foreign researches,and the method to be employed are explained.Chapter 2 gives an exposition of the theories underlying the integrated multi-objective management of expressway repairing project.This part mainly introduces the classification and characteristics of expressway maintenance project,and expatiates the related research on project management,multi-objective integrated management and multi-objective integrated management engineering.Chapter 3 develops an integrated multi-objective system for the expressway repairing project management.Firstly,the objectives the expressway repairing project management is for are indentified.Secondly,this chapter analyzes the dynamic multi-objective evolution of the expressway large and medium-sized maintainance project,including quality,duration,cost,safety and environmental protection.Finally,the design of the framework for expressway integrated management system.Chapter 4 presents the multi-objective system of the expressway repairing project.Firstly,the two-objective correlation analysis of large and medium-sized maintainance engineering of expressway is analyzed.Secondly,it analyzes the two-objective expansion integration of expressway large and medium-sized maintainance project.Finally,the dissertation analyzes the target deviation regulation of large and medium-sized maintainance.Chapter 5 sets forth the integrated three-goal management of the expressway repairing project.On the basis of the double target association,the expansion and the deviation control,the ‘three-one' target structure of the highway medium and large maintainance project is designed,and the ‘three-one' goal conversion model of the highway maintainance project and the integrated management model.Chapter 6 develops a general model of the integrated multi-objective system for the expressway repairing project management.Firstly,a general model of multi-objective integrated management of expressway large and medium-sized maintainance project is constructed.Secondly,an algorithm for solving multi-objective integrated management model of expressway large and medium-sized maintainance project is constructed.Finally,through the simulation test,the applicability of the general model of multi-objective integrated management of expressway large and medium-sized maintainance engineering is verified,which lays the foundation for practical application.Chapter 7 discusses about some tactics of the integrated multi-objective management of expressway repairing project.Chapter 8 is the conclusion and research prospect.This research is innovative in the following aspects:(1)Developing an integrated three-goal system for the expressway repairing project managementBased on the analysis of the multi-objective elements of the highway project management,the dissertation analyzes the quality,duration,cost,HSE(health,safety,environmental protection)of expressway large and medium-sized maintainance project with the highway maintenance system,standard,criterion and other target systems,the establishment of the highway maintainance project ‘three-one' target integrated management system,in which ‘three' represent main targets and ‘one as the auxiliary.In the meanwhile,dynamic conversion of integrated management model on the main and auxiliary target.(2)Presenting a general model of the integrated multi-objective system for the expressway repairing project managementOn the basis of the highway evaluation model,a general model of multi-objective integrated management of expressway large and medium-sized maintenance project was established,which included the factors involved in the quality,duration and cost of expressway pavement,and formed a multi-objective function system.The road surface quality,road surface damage,pavement anti-skid performance,pavement structure strength attributed to the quality system.The project planning schedule large and medium-sized maintenance into the duration function.The budget attributed into the cost function.These form the basis of ‘three' target integration system,and then through the ‘one' target embedded,the formation of highway maintenance project in the multi-objective integrated function system.(3)Presenting the methods which can be used to help hasten the integrated multi-objective management of expressway repairing projectBased on the decomposition and transformation of multi-objective function standard function,an immune genetic algorithm for multi-objective integrated management model of expressway large and medium-sized maintenance engineering with adaptive capacity is designed.According to the characteristics of population diversity distribution and periodic gradation,By using the cross function based on similarity and the variation function based on diversity,the global and local search information is considered in the process of immune genetic,so as to avoid premature convergence and so on,so that the immune genetic algorithm can converge quickly to the global peak,so as to quickly solve the high speed highway large and medium-sized maintenance project of multi-objective high-quality solution,and embedded in the preferred design,to help fully support the highway maintenance project in different situations under the decision-making.
