Highway in our country has formed a certain scale,is an important part of modern transportation network,playing an important role.In recent years,under the influence of policy,the construction of highway has paid more attention to.However,the highway project line is long and tight,the pavement alignment design requirements are more strict,the project construction point is more dispersed,the workload is larger,the construction environment is complex,the hydrogeology,climate and other factors are greatly affected,resulting in the management of the highway project becomes more complex,especially the processing of the relationship between the objectives.Time limit,cost and quality are the three basic objectives of expressway project construction management,which are of great importance to the whole project.There are interrelation and conflict between the three.How to achieve the equilibrium and optimal among all the objectives,reasonable arrangement of the construction period,control the cost,improve the quality to achieve the overall goal,is the focus of the highway project multi-objective optimization research.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the relationship between the three and establish an effective model.In terms of model construction,the relationship between process duration and construction period is analyzed with process duration as the starting point,and the construction period model is established with network planning technology.According to the theory of diminishing marginal utility,the relationship between the process duration and the direct cost is expressed in the form of quadratic function,and the duration-cost model is established on this basis.The process duration-quality model which is more in line with the actual situation of engineering project is established in the form of convex function,and then the system reliability and reliability calculation method are introduced to establish the duration-quality model.Finally,the multi-objective optimization model of duration-cost-quality is established,and then the evaluation function of the multi-objective optimization model is established based on the method of Mahalanobis distance shortest ideal point.In the aspect of multi-objective model solving,genetic algorithm and NSGA2 algorithm are studied,and the improved NSGA2 algorithm is proposed.The genetic algorithm and the improved NSGA2 algorithm are used to solve the evaluation function and the multi-objective optimization model respectively.Combined with the construction management of JX expressway project,the multi-objective optimization model and its evaluation function of the project were established.The improved NSGA2 algorithm was used to optimize the solution,and 15 groups of optimization combinations were obtained,which provided solutions for the different preferences of decision-makers.The optimal solution combinations were selected according to the evaluation function,which met the engineering objectives and each objective was optimized to different degrees.To achieve the overall optimal.Through the analysis,the effectiveness of the multi-objective comprehensive optimization model and solving algorithm is verified.Finally,combined with the optimization results of the highway project construction management suggestions are given.
