China’s large-scale high-speed railway passenger station is a relatively new type of building since its birth,the number of existing researchs is relatively small,and the depth is relatively shallow.With the completion of the "four vertical and four horizontal" high-speed railway network,a large number of large-scale high-speed railway passenger stations which are still in the initial stage and trial-and-error stage are put into operation in full state,and some design mistakes of the station buildings are gradually exposed,so the mistakes of station design should be found and corrected in time to avoid the recurrence of errors.Taking 20 large-scale high-speed railway passenger stations around the country as samples,with some rounds of interview and research,a total of 4817 questionnaires of 11 types are sent out,and quantitative studies are carried out by using SPSS,SAS,yaahp,MATLAB and other software.At the same time,qualitative analysis is used to make up for the shortage of structured research.The post occupancy evaluation in research is mainly divided into three parts: comprehensive satisfaction evaluation,focus evaluation and diagnosability evaluation.The comprehensive satisfaction evaluation takes different user groups,different passenger stations and different time as control variables,and basing on the reliability and validity test,carries out mean analysis,single factor variance analysis,correlation analysis and AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation in three stages,and obtains more systematic and detailed evaluation results.Focus evaluation includes two parts.The first part is the evaluation of the favorite degree of waiting hall.It discusses the passenger’s favorite degree of 4 major items,15 middle items and 22 minor items,summarizing the existing problems and puts forward suggestions for improvement.The second stage is the internal interviews with designers,including the inspection and collation of opinion boxes and complaint hotlines.Many hidden problems have been found and suggestions for improvement have been put forward.On the basis of the above evaluation,some outstanding problems in high-speed railway station buildings are extracted for diagnostic evaluation.Analysisng the basic flow model of high-speed railway stations in china,which base on rank-sum test,this paper negates the basic hypothesis of "China’s high-speed railway station is a’through’flow" in the general rules of current norms,and confirms the basic reality that "China’s high-speed railway station is still dominated by’waiting’ flow,supplemented by a small number of’through’flow".In order to predict the scale of high-speed railway station building,a new mathematical model based on Fisher distribution parameter estimation is proposed to predict maximum aggregation number of stations and waiting spaces of high-speed railway stations,which can effectively solve the problem of inaccurate prediction of the space scale of part of the station buildings.Aiming at the connection problem between the station and the city traffic,the improved logistic model is used to model the total factor.Basing on the traditional connection mode,four new elements are included in it first time,and then calculating the expected value of allocation rate,as well as obtain the quantitative design suggestions.Being directed against the inconvenience of transfer and connection in current situation,various optimization schemes are put forward and discussed,and optimization suggestions are obtained through expert evaluation.In addition,the commercial operation,security loopholes,public misunderstanding and other aspects of the large-scale high-speed rail passenger station building were studied,and constructive suggestions were put forward for the specific problems in POE.Finally,turning the research results become concretizatio,standard and systematization,and the design guidelines for high-speed railway passenger stations are put forward to provide reference and suggestions for the design practice and revision of specifications.
