The aviation industry,as a main industry in our country,has contributes a lot to the economy and national defense.However,as the increasingly fierce international competition,the aviation projects management is becoming more complex,which is reflected in the increasing consumption of all kinds of resourses and the conflicts and confusion in the ongoing projects.Therefore,the existed theories and conceptions must be improved and new models and methods should be introduced to solve the problems generated in the new period.The problems exist in the China aviation projects management are the conventional methods are used when solve the more complex management problems.These results in the negative effects that projects plan have to be altered all the time and the supervision of projects is always not in time.Based on the extensive research,this dissertation focuses on solving the above problems by studying aviation projects network planning method.A projects management system has been developed to improve aviation projects management.These techniques and system have been applied into the project of aircraft wing assembly.The work of this dissertation is listed below:Firstly,this dissertation presented an aviation projects work breakdown structure(WBS)building method.After analyzing the present aviation projects management and the properties of different bill of materials(BOMs),a specific BOM has been selected as a basement to build WBS.Models of BOM and WBS have been established and their mapping relation has been specified.The presented method can be used to build WBS fastly and is especially effective when it is used to build WBS in large scale network.Secondly,this dissertation established a multilevel network planning method.The characteristic of aviation network has been studied and modulatity and self-adapting are found in multilevel network.Then aviation projects management model has been built based on multilevel network.The logic relation among the multi-tasks is analyzed and the time parameters of the tasks,the key jobs,critical paths are calculated.Thirdly,the dissertation presented an aviation projects workflow driving and supervising method.The execute control machanism of projects are analyzed and activity workflow are extended to make it more suitable to describe the aviation projects.Then the projects executing control model is established which take progress collection as input and projects progress promotion arithmetic as output.This method can be used to promote and adjust projects progress.Fourthly,this dissertation proposed resources equalization optimization method based on particle swarm algorithm.The resources model has been established to describe the properties and functions of resources.The multilevel network has been merged into a large network to realize the planning in the entire network.Particle swarm algorithm is introduced and the objective function is chose as the minimum mean square error.The final optimized results are obtained by useing the proposed method.Lastly,based on the this dissertation established four core class,namely WBS building class,planning setting up class,planning optimization class and planning promoting class.The network planning management system is developed based on the above these methods.Also,the study in this dissertation has been verified by the project of aircraft wing assembly.
