Ground antiaircraft fire control network system is connect up the independent fire control cells in the particular region through the communication network to form a unified fire control network,and through mutual transfer precise air intelligence information,as well as a variety of collaboration of tactical operations,countering the enemy interference,the low altitude and anti-radiation missile attack,in order to strike against enemy air target.Fire control network system is a branch of radar network.Common radar system's main target is through networking system built by range form multiple frequency bands and waveform characteristics,an omni-directional,multi-level coverage to improve air defense system capability.And fire control networking aims not only to improve the whole fire control network system capability of the system,more importantly purpose is through fire control network system capability,like multi-site linkage,multi-site on fire syncing,relay tracing to complete destroy enemy air target.Due to The high requirement on multi-site linkage and multi-site on fire syncing inside of fire control network system,Therefore,compare with common radars system,fire control network system need more accuracy and response speed faster.At present,fire control network system technology development lagged,its performance has not been brought in fully.This thesis target to improve fire control network system combat effectiveness,the actual survey on the fire control network system situation and the existing problems,analyzes the reasons for the problems,propose solutions to improve fire control network system operational effectiveness,and study aspects of specific techniques on networking calibration,time synchronization,and accuracy test.The major contents of the thesis and innovative contributions are as follows:(1)Research through the problems in fire control network system,analyses the cause of the problem and proposed specific solutions under conditions.This solution could avoid reconstructing large premise on existing fire control network system,and improve fire control network system operational effectively.(2)Analyze the fire control network system calibration accuracy problems,this paper proposes using bulk acoustic wave microwave delay lines and frequency conversion technology method for fire control network system calibration beacon solution.For ground antiaircraft system operating frequency band and frequency range,analyzed and researched on networking calibration beacon design on microwave time delay solution selection,delay time range selection,working frequency and bandwidth selection,working frequency and bandwidth extension,insertion loss control,signal-to-noise ratio control and overall design technologies.Development for fire control network system orientation and position calibration beacon.And design three methods to use this beacon for fire control networking calibration.The beacon calibration not only can be used for fire control network system,but also may be further configured to fire control network system static tracking accuracy test,and distance zero in the fire control system,the ground clutter improvement factor,photoelectric axes shafting,microwave phase,servo system phase,servo system gain,tracking performance indicators to check and test.(3)Analysis and research the fire control network system time synchronization method,find the reason of a model fire control network system dynamic accuracy does not reach the expected effect,proposed the based on Beidou timing and networking synchronization pulse time synchronization solution.This solution effectively improve precision time synchronization,archived improvement fire control network system dynamic accuracy without too much changes on original networking system time synchronization scheme,.(4)For the current fire control network system in the development and production process,there is no infield dynamic accuracy test method and a corresponding device,no specific indicators,this paper study on fire control network system dynamic precision test method,and proposed a fire control network system dynamic accuracy test solution,development for existing fire control network system dynamic tracking accuracy and calculation precision of test equipment,and formulated the corresponding test method.The dynamic precision test equipment not only can be used for fire control network system dynamic accuracy test may further be configured to fire control system dynamic precision,servo system of zero and servo system performance index test;it can simulate a model artillery data transmission receiver,test the corresponding artillery port and control functions.It can simulate fire control system,generate various needs target fixed point,target route,weapons firing data,percussion control signal,receiving weapon system provided projectile initial velocity and alarm signals,artillery operation,for artillery port and follow character testing.Also could simulate fire control system for artillery routine linkage training.(5)For the current ground air defense weapon firing training on fire effect observation methods are outdated,high demands on meteorological conditions,easy losing targets,observation accuracy is not high enough,the paper finally puts forward by using some model of fire control network system to structure a ultra-low altitude shooting of evaluation system and avoid shooting system.The solution does not require changing the original fire control networking system,easy to operate,low requirements on meteorological conditions,not easy to losing targets,can be used in the night,can solve the observation of the troop's fire training and self-evaluation problem.
