A Study On Temple Fair Culture And The Space Form

At present,China is in the important development period of urbanization,facing the transformation of agricultural modernization and post-industrialization.People’s mode of production,life style and values changed and the traditional temple fair,which is popular in the agrarian age,and its environment has been changing,the ecological environment of the temple fair culture has been greatly affected,showing a state of polarization: one is the lack of original ecology due to the overprotection and development,resulting the fracture of the community culture gene;the other is emphasizing the market economy and the temple fair space is neglected and declining,the cultural diversity is disappearing and the cultural ecological balance will be broken.They both may cause ecological destruction,containing material cultural and non-material cultural heritage,which is the sign of cultural identity and the life of the national existence.Now,in the traditional village environment with clan and blood as the link,the temple fair environment relying on the farming life is destructed by human,and bringing the unprecedented ecological crisis to the material and non-material cultural heritage carried by the temple fair.The research and exploration on the protection,inheritance and development of the traditional culture is the mission of the times.For this purpose,the thesis reviewed theoretical research achievements of the temple fair from sociology,history,anthropology,folklore,derived the temple fair culture development and clarified the research direction and the scope;first of all,the thesis comprehensively analyzed the historical evolution of temple fair and the context of the space development from the origin and development of temple fair,values,placespirit and temple fair function;next,the thesis analyzed the culture ecological relationship and ecological adaptation of the temple fair using cross disciplinary theory,macro analyzed the relation between the temple fair and the humans residential environment,and the analysis of the temple space environment architecture ecological image and place spirit;third,the analysis of the relationship of the elements of the space form of the temple fair,beginning with the analysis of the space environment of the temple fair from the material and non-material elements,to the further analysis of the space structure and function,and how the space function better server the temple fair activities;fourth,the problem of the inheritance and development of the temple fair.Facing the development direction of the present temple fair due to the development of the urbanization,making better use of the temple fair space form to inherit its culture,to protect the cultural heritage and historical and culturalspace,in the meantimeto retain both rural and urban context texture and inheritthe folk memory.Therefore,the thesis discusses the following issues:1,The historical evolution of the temple fair culture;2,The building of the cultural ecological environment and the place spirit;3,The relationship and composition of the elements of the temple fair space form;4,The temple fair space combination and harmonious environment design;5,How the temple fair space form serve the needs of people;6,The architecture space image and the historical context inheritance;7,The value orientation and value standard of the temple fair cultural space8,The direction of the development and the heritage of the temple fair of Shaanxi.9,Temple fair cultrual space and the protection of the famous historical and cultural cities and towns.In order to better solve the above issues,the thesis summarized the culture ecological environment of the temple fair on the whole,empirically analyzed the space structure,combination and the function space design of the temple fair,deconstructed the space environment and space form of the temple fair,finding the optimal design of the temple fair space function,so to improve the urban and rural public space system.The thesis revealed that the traditional temple fair humanresidential environment is very important on the current development of the urban and rural construction.We hope this research may help a proper development of the traditional temple fair in the construction of the new period,so to promote the lasting inheritance of the temple fair culture.
