| Since modern times,the development of science and technology has been changing with each passing day.With the help of science and technology,human beings have marched into nature at an unprecedented scale and speed;the subjectivity of human beings has been publicized unprecedentedly;the sense of superiority of people has been enhanced as never before;as a result,people's private desire becomes expanded and blindly arrogant.In dealing with the relationship between man and nature,human beings regard nature as the object satisfying their desires;they immoderately draw things from the nature,resulting in lacking of natural resources and weakening of ecological environment.At the same time,driven by capital logic,the number of believers of individualism,money worship,and hedonism is increasing day by day,and people's utilitarian and vanity become extremely inflated.Consequently,the conflict between people's unlimited desire and the nature's limited resources becomes increasingly prominent,ecological incidents occur frequently,and ecological crisis is deepening gradually and even endangering the living and development of human beings.As the largest developing country in the world,China has achieved great achievements in economic and social construction and development in the past 40 years of reform and opening up.In particular,the performance in economic construction has attracted worldwide attention.China's economic aggregate has ranked second in the world and become an important engine for the world economic development.However,with the rapid development of China's economy,and the increasingly prominent problems on ecological environment and resource bottlenecks,the extensive mode of economic growth that China relies on high resource consumption for long time is unsustainable,and the problems of unbalanced,uncoordinated and unsustainable development become more prominent;on the other hand,the high energy consumption typed economic development gets the ecological environment seriously damaged,in addition to the frequent abnormal weather,tee lingering fog,the continuously rising temperature,the rapidly decreasing forest,and the rapidly decreasing biological species;people's living environment and way of activities have been rapidly and greatly changed.Over the 40 years of reform andopening up,people have become rich,but the “daily necessities” such as fresh air,safe water quality,and good ecological environment have become “luxury goods”.People are increasingly facing the threats and revenges from the nature.By analyzing the root causes of many ecological crises,it is known that among the various influencing factors,the most fundamental cause is the ecological values in the deep thought of human beings.Ecological values refer to people's overall judgment and fundamental view on the extent that the nature can meet their needs on the basis of their cognition on the ecological relation between man and nature.It is the behavioral scale and value orientation that guide people to do ecological practice.At the National Ecological Environmental Protection Conference held in May 2018,Xi Jinping pointed out that ecological culture construction is the soul of ecological civilization construction.He emphasized that it is necessary to establish such ecological values as respecting the nature,conforming to the law of nature,and protecting the nature,and accelerate the establishment and improvement of an ecological and cultural system based on ecological values.Ecological values in contemporary China are the value orientation and behavioral scale guiding social members to carry out ecological practice,are of great significance for improving the ecological awareness of Chinese people,updating their ecological concept,and consolidating their ecological consensus.It is an important content and part of ecological civilization construction.The construction of ecological values in contemporary China is conducive to the agglomeration of Chinese ecological wisdom,the improvement of people's ecological mind,the promotion of harmony between man and nature and the free and all-round development of people.Guided by Marxist theory,this thesis adheres to materialism and dialectical materialism,and uses literature analysis and empirical investigation methods to conduct the research.By combing the ideological origins of ecological values in contemporary China,this paper analyzes the scientific connotation and characteristics of the times of ecological values in contemporary China,selects typical samples for making the empirical research,analyzes the rare opportunities and realistic challenges in the construction of ecological values in contemporary China,deeply explores the problems existing in the construction of ecological values in China and their rootcauses,and tries to put forward the realistic countermeasures and main path for the construction of ecological values in contemporary China.The thesis consists of four parts and five chapters.Part ?: This part mainly sorts out the ideological origins of the formation of ecological values in contemporary China.It includes combing,refining and summarizing the simple ecological value thoughts in Chinese traditional culture,the western ecological value thoughts and the ecological value thoughts of the classic Marxist writers,and combing and expounding the ideological origins of contemporary Chinese ecological values,in order to provide a theoretical support for deepening people's understanding of the rich connotation of ecological values.Part ?: This part mainly summarizes and refines the scientific connotation and basic characteristics of ecological values in contemporary China.This part is mainly composed of Chapters II and III.Chapter II deeply explores the scientific connotation of contemporary Chinese ecological values.It mainly proposes the content composition of China's ecological values from four dimensions: value goal(harmonious coexistence),value orientation(be people-oriented),value principle(be fair and justice)and value appeal(continuous innovation).Chapter III analyzes and summarizes the characteristics of the times of contemporary Chinese ecological values.It mainly expounds the prominent features of ecological values in contemporary China from four aspects: the scientific nature of value connotation,the innovation of value concept,the loftiness of goal appeal and the temporal spirit of value quality.It is aimed at distinguishing the authenticity and inferiority of various ecological values,thus further deepening the understanding and grasping of the scientific connotation of contemporary Chinese ecological values.Part ?: It is chapter IV of the main body,and mainly analyzes the contemporary situation of ecological values in contemporary China from the perspective of opportunities and challenges.On the one hand,the construction of ecological values in contemporary China is facing important opportunities;this part mainly analyzes from the political,economical and cultural perspectives,proposes the "five in one" general layout,points out new goals for the construction of ecological values,namely to bring new hope for the construction ecological values under the new normalfeatured by rapid variation,updating structure and transformed driving force,and guide a new direction for the construction ecological values in contemporary China based on the new development of innovation,coordination,greening,opening and sharing.On the other hand,it points out the difficulties and challenges faced by the construction of ecological values in contemporary China are mainly reflected in the lack of top-level design at the national level,the need to strengthen the training and practice at social level,and the need to correct the difference between knowledge and practice at individual level.Part ?: It is chapter V of the main body.This part mainly,based on the previous theoretical expounding and empirical analysis,puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of ecological values in contemporary China,namely to solidify the ideological foundation of the construction of ecological values through education,promote incorporating ecological values into laws through construction of ecological system,drive the practice and cultivation of ecological values through ecological practice,and improve the practical path in line with the national conditions of China and the demands of the times such as the realm of ecological values through ecological responsibilities and duties.In the construction of ecological values in contemporary China,it is necessary to work hard to promote modernizing the excellent traditional ecological values,Sinicizing the Western rational ecological values,and making clear the contemporary mainstream ecological values,in order to provide value guidance an behavioral scale for building
