| The ecological environment is related to the future of the nation and the well-being of the people.To this end,the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China promoted the construction of ecological civilization to a "millennium plan".In April 2015,the meeting of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee reviewed and approved the requirements of "Opinions on Accelerating the Construction of Ecological Civilization",and proposed to "promote the mainstream values of ecological civilization and integrate ecological civilization into the core value system of socialism".It pointed out a direction to starting a new era with socialism ecological civilization,and building a beautiful China require China to firmly establish the values of ecological civilization in the entire society.By studying the practical dilemmas and solutions of the cultivation of citizens’ ecological civilization values,it can provide ideological guidance for solving practical ecological crisis,as well as practical guidance for the construction of socialist ecological civilization and the construction of beautiful China.Therefore,cultivating of citizens’ ecological civilization values has significant practical guiding significance.At the same time,from the perspective of ideological and political education,the analysis of the cultivation of citizens’ ecological civilization values not only expands the research on values education and ideological and political education,but also enriches the theoretical connotation and discourse system of socialist ecological civilization construction,and has certain theoretical research value.For this reason,this paper first sorts out and evaluates relevant research literature at home and abroad.Based on this,it clearly defines the system framework by defining the core concepts of ecological civilization values,the basic theories applied in research,and the constituent elements of the ecological civilization values cultivation analysis framework.And then it analyzes the current status of the cultivation of ecological civilization values in China’s citizens,the actual dilemma they face,and the underlying causes based on a systematic review of the historical evolution of the cultivation of ecological civilization values in China since the founding of the People’s Republic of China.Finally,draws conclusions on the basis of research issues — it proposes the construction of a contemporary Chinese citizen’s ecological civilization values cultivation system,Including the important concepts,basic principles,specific objectives,and main methods what citizens’ ecological civilization values have formed.In terms of the realistic difficulties in form the value at present,this paper put forward with some forming methods form each subject,object,details,carrier and environment,in a view of ideological and political education major.The forming methods include defining responsibility orientation and putting entity responsibility into practice;strengthening the guidance and regulation of citizens’ ecological civilization values;confirming the contents that what citizens’ ecological civilization value could form;setting up the platform to form the citizens’ ecological civilization values;building a befical institutional environment for forming values and etc.The innovation of this paper is that the research perspective,research ideas and research contents are relatively new.The research follows the logical idea of "question raising-theoretical analysis-current situation combing-problem analysis-system construction-path exploration".It combines the ideological and political education with the cultivation of ecological civilization values and gives play to the unique advantages of ideological and political education in shaping people’s concepts.What’s special is that the research in this paper starts from the perspective of the discipline of ideological and political education and it combines general theoretical research with empirical research.It explores the cultivation of citizens’ ecological civilization values from the aspects of content,principles,goals,methods,mechanisms and paths,and finally makes the ecological civilization values become a broad consensus of people,and transforms the extensive "ecological consensus" into a positive "ecological action",so as to provide suggestions and references for building a theoretical system of ecological civilization in China,moving towards a new era of socialist ecological civilization,and achieving the grand goals of beautiful China. |
