| Since the Chernobyl nuclear accident investigation in 1986,the "safety culture"was first proposed and became one of the research hotspots in the field of safety science research at home and abroad.More and more enterprises realized that the construction of enterprise safety culture has become the only way for high-quality development of enterprises.There was also study showed that enterprise safety culture could effectively influenced people’s safe behavior and self-discipline from the spiritual field,besides,enterprise safety culture was more persistent than other safety management methods.In China’s high-risk industries,safety liability accidents are mainly caused by weak personnel safety awareness or personnel non-compliance actions.Therefore,how to improve the safety quality of relevant personnel in high-risk industries,transform passivity into initiative,and improve the overall level of enterprise safety culture had an underestimate significance for improving the production status in high-risk industries and preventing production safety accidents.In order to effectively assess the status of enterprise safety culture construction and help enterprises improve the status of safety culture,this paper defined the concept of safety culture maturity,and divided the maturity of safety culture development into five stages.The cloud model was used to establish the two-dimensional safety culture maturity evaluation model applicable to enterprises and HOPFIELD neural network was used to predict the future development trend.The specific work is as follows:The first chapter,introduction.The situation of safety production accidents in high-risk industries from 2010 to 2018 was sorted out.Taking the coal industry and the construction industry as examples,carried out a general analysis of the industrial characteristics of safety production from the aspects of safety accidents and death toll,elaborated the research background,purpose and significance of this topic,and determined the research routes,methods and main research contents of this paper.The second chapter,literature review.This chapter defined related concepts,and summarized in sort literatures on high-risk industry enterprise safety culture,which evaluation and mechanism at home and abroad.At the same time,it introduced the theoretical basis related to this research and provided a solid theoretical foundation for further research.The third chapter,the key influencing factors’ recognition of enterprise safety culture maturity in high-risk industries.Firstly,under the premise of suming up the research results of predecessors through literature research and taking into account the characteristics of high-risk industries and the requirements of China’s policies and regulations on enterprise safety culture,established a library of influencing factors,then created a key influencing factor identification model named FCUD.Blurred the comment set through FUZZY triangular fuzzy number,then used CFCS to achieve transformation and fusion which was visualized by UCINET,at last,identified the key influencing factors from two dimensions of cause degree and center degree through DEMATEL.The fourth chapter,the establishment of the key influencing factors and the index system of enterprise safety culture maturity in high-risk industries.Regarded the five key influencing factors of enterprises safety culture maturity of high-risk industries identified in the third chapter as the first-level indicators,and studied the relationship and action path between the first-level indicators.At the same time,the safety culture maturity was taken as dependent variable and the five factors of safety culture influence were taken as independent variables,studied the influencing mechanism of safety culture maturity and the influencing factors of independent variables from the perspective of secondary indicators,as a result,the secondary indicators of enterprise safety culture maturity were constructed.The fifth chapter,model design of the current safety culture maturity measurement for high-risk industries.Based on the high-risk industry enterprise safety culture maturity index system established in the fourth chapter,combined the AHP analytic hierarchy process with the cloud model to determine the index weights,then used the golden rule method to establish the cloud scale,at last,achieved the ultimate enterprise security culture maturity cloud model by fitting layer-by-layer through reverse cloud generator.The enterprise security culture maturity level was determined by calculating the distance and similarity between the cloud model and the cloud scale.The sixth chapter,the simulation and evaluation model of enterprise safety culture maturity in high-risk industries.The system dynamics model was used to simulate the maturity of enterprise security culture,besides,the relationship between various elements in enterprise security culture was studied and simulated.Based on this,improved the maturity of enterprise security culture by using discrete Hopfield neural network and enriched the evaluation model of corporate safety culture maturity.The seventh chapter,conclusions and prospects.Summarized the overall research work of this research,including the research work and the effective research conclusions that could be drawn.Due to the inevitable restrictions and the disadvantages of studies in research,we should look forward to further compensation.The main innovations of the paper are as follows:(1)Constructed the five-factor structural equation model of safety culture maturity in high-risk enterprises and analyzed the path of the influencing factors by AMOS software,which verified the influence effect between the main effects and influencing factors of safety culture maturity in high-risk enterprises.The results showed that the effect between main effect and the influencing factors was significant.(2)Constructed a high-risk industry enterprise security culture maturity index system by the quantitative method such as DEMATEL,used the golden section method to establish a five-level cloud ruler of maturity,determined the index’s weight through AHP and cloud model.At last,used the reverse cloud generator and the forward cloud generator to effectively measure the security culture maturity of enterprises in high-risk industries.(3)The system dynamics model of enterprise safety culture maturity in high-risk industries was constructed.Simulated the influencing factors by the vesim software,which revealed the trend of the development of various influencing factors.Besides,selected the Hopfield neural network to evaluate the maturity of enterprise safety culture in high-risk industries,and established a new effective evaluation method. |
