Research On The Mining Industry And Mineral Exports Impact In Mongolia’s Economic Growth

Mongolia is the rich country with natural resources.Natural resources are nonrenewable and it has exhausted resource.The resource is used for our development and we have to think that the next generation is going to use it,too.That is why right management and strategy must be supported by us for normality.Some strategic resources of Mongolia have been in economical circulation.Natural resources are seemed like quite bigger guarantee of future economics and countries.In the 21^st century many countries already became challengers of being powerful countries with economics under international natural resources market.This is historical certain choice.Within this competition Mongolia is due to use resources properly.It is important to spend natural wealth properly,to participate to foreign trade with advantages of our country which Mongolia’s economy depends on abroad currency rate of resources.This research shows contribution to economics,the role of natural resources to Mongolia’s economy,resources’quantity,today’s situation of resources in Mongolia.Also research design was used to study export affecting of resources to economics.Economic growth of Mongolia belongs to export and export of mining resources should affect positive to economic growth that is a promoting prediction of us.During research we noticed that many materials had to be studied.Shortly,modern origin of resources in Mongolia,similar research work of foreign and domestic researchers,their practical and theoretical importance,it’s originality,today’s situation of mining in Mongolia,its policy which is held,situation of taxation and laws,expedition,extractive,point studying of using special license,studying of investment to the mining sector,statistical studying of mineral resources that has percents in gross domestic product,cost rating studying of mineral resources in international market,relationship of Mongolia with other countries,strategic mining fields of Mongolia,some mineral resources’mining fields which are being used in Mongolia as domestic and industry,Mongolian economy has the problem of mining which is called“Holland sickness”and its sign can be studied with mathematical data of economy and figured out to avoid of it.Also,it is about Chinese affect to Mongolian economy,relationship of Mongolia and China,studying of export mineral resources with China and affecting research of China to Mongolian mining export.I put the purpose of showing positive and negative affection of how Mongolian mining affects to local economy,environment in reality so that I had chosen Hanbogd soum of Umnugobi province.The situation of mining export,main product’s affection within total mining export of Mongolia was analyzed by linear method to analyze mining product export’s affection to economical growth,affection of foreign trade to economical growth,affecting research of export and non-export branches to economical growth and mineral resources export’s direct and passive affection to economical growth.As we see the result of studying:to compare Mongolian mining sector’s total taxation with international mining’s total taxation sum-Uzbekstan has the highest percent 62.9%-The lowest percent 28.6%belongs to Sweden-Mongolia has 32.9%and it is in the 3^rd place.This is the meaning of the comfortable condition for foreign investors and low taxation pressure in international mining sector.Mongolian mineral resources production and product export have increased but export income is low because mineral resource has low-cost rating in world market.More than 90 percents of Mongolian export’s total income come from products of mining as mineral.It show us that domestic economy is relating to world’s raw material condition and it specially is relating to Chinese economic situation and policy which shows foreign trade affection of risks strongly.80 percents of foreign direct investment to Mongolia center in mining sector and coal and cupper low-cost affected investors’interest.Mongolia’s gross domestic product sensitivity is more than higher than 69 times China’s gross domestic product.It is proved by calculating analyze that Mongolian economy and mineral’s foreign trade depends on Chinese economical situation directly.Productivity development of Mongolia is not enough,increasing usage,goods and service cost’s increase,movement of mining industry and labor power from non-export sector,the fall of other sectors are affecting to our economy.A chosen local economy,society,environment have positive and negative affections.Moreover,family income,labor power,budget and infrastructure have positive affection from other side the negative result of market value,movement,civil education,civil health as male and female,tradition,air and water quality and land waste were shown.Export affection to Mongolian economy is higher productivity of export sector and it shows good results of total economy to export sector.An equation’s result shows us that it receives positive affection of economy within export as mining and non-export sectors which it was passive affections.Passive affections of mining sector is （?）=0.039574,passive affections of not mining is （?）=0.786137 and passive affections of mining is several times less than passive affections of not mining.Even our country’s economy is related to mining production passive affections of mining isn’t too enough.Mining productivity and passive affections are many times less than passive affections of other export’s sector.Even Mongolia’s economy is related to mining productivity export the sectors productivity and passive affections to total economy are less and the conclusion shows us that Mongolia’s economy has“Holland sickness”.As we used empiric method with prediction for our research and it has proved that Mongolia’s economy growth is related to mineral and mining export and it shows positive affections.
