The Chinese nation is a civilized ancient state with a long history.She has been collecting numerous cultural classics such as documents,ancient and rare books,manuscripts,which carry broad and profound historical and cultural information.These cultural classics contain all kinds of information of a specific historical period involved politics,economics,military affairs,and science and technology,which have significance on current scientific research and production,as well as present common life.As year rolls on,the environment condition changes,thus,situations such as mildew,worm damage,acidification,burn,etc are very common.A large portion of the valuable cultural relics have been damaged beyond all recognition.The loss is not assessable and redeemable.Preserving the valuable cultural relics has a significant meaning for us to construct harmonious society and inherit civilization.In order to protect the cultural relics of the Chinese nation,inherit the civilization and enhance the disaster tolerant capability of paper documents which is as vast as a misty ocean,according to the preservation requirements of cultural relics,based on the phenomenon that relics can much more stable preservd in some special environment,and in harmony with nature,the personnel concerned designed and researched 'four preventions'(fire prevention,insect prevention,mildew proof and acid proofing)carbon durable collection key technology in appropriateness cultural classic environmentally friendly type.The full text is divided into six chapters:Chapter One summarizes the research background,selection of the subject,research significance,and research methods.Firstly,the book makes a brief introduction on the main problems,disease types and their modes of action faced by the present cultural classic relics,and analyze the cause of the above-mentioned problems.Next,it introduces the research and preservation situations home and abroad at present.At last,it proposes the selection of the subject,research significance and research methods.Chapter Two introduces the current relic packaging situation,and screens out the conditioning fluid composition such as fire prevention,insect prevention,mildew proof and corrosion prevention,and demonstrates briefly the principle.Through optimization,a group of better proportioning was acquired and then researches such as fire prevention,mildew proof and hygroscopicity on the cultural classic packaging timbering treated by optimizing proportioning conditioning fluid had been done.The experiment shows that in the normal pressure the treatment dipping timber test-piece are as follows:it is a fire retardant of superior effect for the sample.The quality loss rate of treated timber in the experiments challenged by microorganism is less,and can play a particular role of antisepsis.However,the treated timber has the hygroscopicity.Though it is,it is in the scope of practical application.Taken the ivory board packing material and cow pickup cardboard material in the field of archives as an example,the effect treated with the conditioning fluid shows that the treated materials can quench immediately by themselves;and these materials have the characteristics of nonvolatility,odorlessness,being efficient and harmfulless in expelling parasite and mildew proof;it has the buffer action to the acid gas in the air and it overcomes the negative effects of volatility insect repellant and mildew preventive to the relics,preserving environments and human body.Chapter Three is based on the understanding of the cultural classic packaging and the improvement and development of 'dye paper to prevent moth' in the ancient Chinese nation.Through the screen of environmentally friendly type 'four preventions'durable collecting packaging cloth,combined with the penetrating fluid for fire prevention,insect prevention,mildew proof and acid proof,the personnel have manufactured a kind of environmentally friendly type 'four preventions' durable collecting packaging cloth.And then test the mechanics strength transformation and chromatic aberration transformation and pH value of packaging cloth treated by optimized proportioning conditioning fluid.It shows that the mechanics strength of transformed packaging cloth is increased with color slightly changed.It is in alkalescence,which can slow down the destroy function to the files and cultural relics with the acidic materials in the atmosphere.Appraisal of fireproof performance,insect prevention,mold resistance and safety of treated packaging cloth itself are conducted.The result shows that the insect prevention and mold resistance are fine,while safety are good;select raw rice paper as the analogue sample for cultural classic and pass the mechanics strength test and environmental test.Thus,it shows that the mechanics strength of packaging cloth protection analogue samples is larger than that of unprotected corresponding analogue samples.' Four prevention packaging cloth' can serve protection function well and is good for the preservation of cultural classic.Chapter Four is based on the particular function of carbon to the relics,and use carbon into the environmentally friendly type 'four preventions' durable collecting packaging cloth,combined with the penetrating fluid of nonvolatility environmentally friendly 'four preventions' penetrating fluid researches in Chapter Two to create 'four preventions' carbon durable collection unit microenvironment which are cultural classic environmentally friendly type,and which collect fire prevention,insect prevention,mildew proof and acid proofing as a whole.Select raw rice paper and factitious painting paper as samples,and pass three manual accelerated ageing analogue tests named dry heat aging,damp and hot aging and ozone aging,and then conduct durable appraisal to the six kinds of collected bags inlay paper patterns with the performance index such as folding strength,tension stress and tear resistance,and next pass the test of acidity and oxidation gas such as NOx,HCl and SO2 exerting the paper.It shows that the environmentally friendly carbon micro collection environment can prevent effectively the invasion of harmful gas in the atmosphere and reduce the damage function by harmful gas to the paper fiber and increase the durable of inlay paper.Chapter Five focuses on the high-carbon and long term carbon operation with heavy burden in Chinese cultural classic relic library collection environment.With greatenergy consumption,most of the relic or museum organizations cannot afford due to a huge sum and energy consumption,thus it lead to a free of the humiture control equipment,therefore,it makes the humiture in the library fluctuated by a wide margin,caused serious problems for cultural relic preservation.Focused on this issue,andcombined the traditional thought and some living examples,the author designs anenvironmentally friendly mode with low consumption used for cultural classic relicspreventative protection,with which the personnel perform the preventative preservation to the cultural classic relics.Mainly supported by three key technologies,this paper generally introduces the technological process of design and processing suitable,green and low consumption cultural classics save microenvironment unit,displays part of proceeding products for cultural books collection department,as well as the test results,which show that this achievement has good engineering feasibility and industrialization.
