Under the background of new normal,the development concept s of innovation,coordination,green,opening and sharing are put forward in China.However,in recent years,haze pollution problem is particularly outstanding,and pollution degree becomes more and more serious.The features of unboundedness and overflow of haze pollution aggravate the difficulty of governance haze,which makes that haze prevention is no longer a single responsibility of government,regional cooperative governance is the inevitable choice.“two sessions blue”,“parade blue” and “olympic blue” ever let people deeply puzzled by haze pollution eyes bright,but this kind of political blue sky caused by movement haze governance mode can only take temporary solution,not effect a permanent cure.Therefore,clearing the definition of haze pollution,analyzing the status and distribution characteristics of haze pollution,exploring influence factors of haze pollution,and proposing governance measures of haze pollution are important and urgent topics at present,meanwhile,also are the key to realize the coordinated development of economic growth and environmental protection.In view of this,this paper uses the influence of energy consumption and economic opening on haze pollution as research subject.First,this paper analyzes and builds conceptual framework model of the influence of energy consumption and economic opening on haze pollution,and based on relevant statistics data,this paper studies spatial correlation of energy consumption,economic open ing and haze pollution using exploratory spatial data analysis technique.Then,to reveal differences and connections in the process of the influence of energy consumption and economic opening on haze pollution,this paper tests the specific impact of energy consumption and economic opening on haze pollution combining with spatial panel data model.On this basis,this paper further introduces regional corruption variable to explore the adjustment effect of regional corruption on energy consumption,economic opening and haze pollution,and thus,providing related policy suggestions of controlling haze pollution.First,using logical reasoning method and normative analysis method to analyze and build theory frame of influence of energy consumption and economic opening on haze pollution.After defining the connotation of haze pollution,energy consumption and economic opening,this paper analyzes the influence process and internal mechanism of energy consumption and economic opening on haze pollution based on related theories,and then,this paper builds theoretical framework model of the influence of energy consumption and economic opening on haze pollution from two aspects of considering spatial effect and ignoring spatial effect,which lays the theoretical basis for full text.Second,this paper studies the spatial correlation of energy consumption and haze pollution in China by using exploratory spatial data analysis method,and then,to combine with static and dynamic spatial panel data model,this paper tests the impact of energy consumption on haze pollution in China.These results show that energy consumption and haze pollution in China both exist spatial correlation significantly,namely most of the adjacent areas show a similar cluster characteristic.Energy consumption has significant positive effect on haze pollution based on the overall sample,and energy consumption can increase haze pollution in China.Energy consumption of three economic regions also have significant positive effect on haze pollution based on the regional sample,of which central regions are significant,eastern and western region is not significant.In the long term,the influence of energy consumption on haze pollution is also significant,and current haze pollution is affected by previous haze pollution.Third,this paper studies the spatial correlation of foreign trade and foreign direct investment in China by using exploratory spatial data analysis method,and then,to combine with static and dynamic spatial panel data model,this paper tests the impact of foreign trade and foreign direct investment on haze pollution in China.These results show that foreign trade and foreign direct investment in China both exist spatial correlation significant,and both have obvious characteristics of path dependence on the geographical distribution.Foreign trade and foreign direct investment in China can decrease haze pollution based on the overall sample.Foreign trade of eastern and western regions also can decrease haze pollution based on the regional sample,but central region increase haze pollution.Meanwhile,foreign direct investment of three economic regions can decrease haze pollution.Fourth,this paper studies the mutual influence of energy consumption and economic opening on haze pollution using spatial econometric analysis method.These results show that haze pollution in China has spatial spillover effects,namely regional haze pollution can affect adjacent regional haze pollution.There is a positive correlation between energy consumption and haze pollution,energy consumption in China can aggravate haze pollution.Foreign trade and foreign direct investment are beneficial to improve haze pollution,namely pollution haven hypothesis does not exist in China.Foreign trade and foreign direct investment can adjust the impact of energy consumption on haze pollution,that is to say,the more higher of foreign trade and foreign direct investment level are,the more bigger of aggravating effect of energy consumption on haze pollution is,but this kind of relationship is not significant.Finally,this paper studies the adjustment effect of regional corruption on energy consumption,economic opening and haze pollution using spatial econometric analysis method,and reveals the deep rules of energy consumption and economic opening to haze pollution.These results show that regional corruption can aggravate haze pollution in China directly by reducing environmental regulation,reducing environmental technology research and development input and distort ing environmental policy.Regional corruption has a positive adjustment effect for the relationship of energy consumption and haze pollution,namely,the more higher of regional corruption is,the more bigger of aggravating effect of energy consumption on haze pollution is.Regional corruption has a negative adjustment effect for the relationship of foreign trade,foreign direct investment and haze pollution,namely,the more higher of regional corruption is,the more smaller of aggravating effect of foreign trade and foreign direct investment on haze pollution is.This paper analyzes the influence process and internal mechanism of energy consumption and economic opening on haze pollution,and builds the theoretical analysis framework for the first time,which is beneficial to enrich and develop theory research in the field of haze pollution.This article also adds spatial effect variable into the model,it breaks the idea of ignoring spatial effect perspective under traditional study,which is beneficial to analyze the influence of various factors on haze pollution,and enrich empirically research contents.At the same time,this paper adds adjustment variable into the relationship of energy consumption,economic opening and haze pollution,which is benifical to expand research depth and breadth,and make the research more scientific and comprehensive.In addition,this research will also provide important basis and reference for promoting the development concepts of innovation,coordination,green,opening and sharing.
