The research scope of this paper is in the double transformation period of industrial 4 and the upgrading of consumption.Taking the mass consumer group's custom clothing consumption behavior as the research object,the design value theory based on mass customization mode is studied.The goal of this research is through the reality value demand of contemporary China custom clothing product design and consumption between the subject and analysis of contradiction,the theory of value as the core,applying the research methods of theoretical analysis and mathematical statistics,the construction of contemporary Chinese costume design theory of value system,namely the clothing design value of the ontology,epistemology and methodology.To provide a theoretical basis for the construction of the core competitiveness of Chinese custom clothing design,make a supplement for the theory of contemporary costume design.Through systematic theoretical analysis and empirical research,the author's construction of the theoretical system of the value of clothing design includes the following contents:1.Taking the subjectivism value philosophy as the theoretical origin,the clothing design is based on the analysis of the special attributes of the design product centered on "human needs",and puts forward the viewpoint of "the starting point of design research--human needs".Through the theoretical analysis of the philosophy of logic exists between the ultimate value goal of clothing design value and human relations between the signifier and the signified,put forward "the highest value of clothing design value which reflects the essence of people,people on clothing design value pursuing of" existence "of the pursuit of" point of view.2.To Chinese contemporary custom clothing industry as the realistic basis,through the analysis of the whole picture,sort out the China custom clothing market characteristics,the current brand model,discusses the difference between garment customization mode and traditional mode under the background of big data,its outstanding performance in:(1)expand the target population and the elite class public class coexist;(2)the diversity of the form of the product:the coexistence of a single form and a variety of forms;(3)the upgrading of the scale of production:the coexistence of individual individual customization and mass customization;(4)the improvement of production efficiency:the coexistence of slow work and rapid accuracy;(5)rich technical means:manual customization and intelligent customization coexist;(6)sales party Change from the entity shop to the network platform;(7)the extension of the selling place:expansion from regional to all over the world;(8)the promotion of brand value:the change from the value of the commodity to the value of the customer.3.Based on the cross theory background of value theory,demand theory and design psychology,this paper analyzes the basic problems,value essence and value attributes of clothing design,and constructs a general theory of clothing design value.(1)recognizing the value of costume design as a philosophical form;recognizing the concept and consciousness of costume design as a conceptual system;recognizing the means and purposes of fashion design as a behavioral mode.(2)from the value context and relationship of clothing design,clothing design value,subject demand and object attribute,the value relationship of costume design value is discussed.First,the value of costume design is essentially a relational state.Second,the value demand of clothing design value is converted to value consciousness,and it plays the role of means and purpose in the process of value practice.Third,the practice of the value of clothing design is the necessary process and way to complete the value of clothing design.(3)the different force of clothing design based on real life is divided into design dominant value and non dominant value.According to the law of value presented,it is divided into design specific value and general value.4.Based on the value theory and cognitive behavior,consumer psychology as the theoretical basis of the construction of the cross,creation and Realization of value theory,costume design mainly includes:clothing design value by creating to achieve the basic principle,understand the value of clothing design and costume design,costume design value judgment of value creation.(1)understanding and practice of the design value is a unified process;design value in the design activities,in essence,the design value is the design practice results;political factors,economic factors,social cultural factors,technical factors,environmental factors and artistic factors are the main factors that influence the fashion design to realize value creation.(2)the value of clothing design process,including:the subject of the value attribute of the original value of memory--understanding of nature--on the value attribute of the evaluation value of clothing design creation--new fashion design value of memory encoding analysis of subject and object attributes.(3)the mass customization clothing design value judgment formed in the clothing design standard of value judgment is not only the rational analysis to the existence of objective facts,perceptual judgment is from emotional and subjective demand;moral and ethical standards,cultural and artistic standards,social life standard,ecological environmental protection standard is a main standard of clothing design value judgment on a large scale;custom clothing design value judgment is the main value in the basic value judgment based on composite value judgment,is the main body in uniform on the basic needs of survival to meet multiple needs.(4)the creators of costume design value mainly use the process of empathy creation in garment design,while the co creation process is mainly adopted in customized garment design.5.Based on the background of the times and combining the theory of future development,this paper analyzes the main path of the future development of the custom clothing industry.(1)take the elements of clothing design value as a complete system to see and solve the problems in the construction and development of clothing design value system as a whole.(2)adhere to the concept of the value creation of the clothing design of the humanistic care,and follow the principle of design orientation of the integration of high technology and ecological humanities.(3)based on the reality to understand the tradition,based on the needs of contemporary Chinese mass groups,we should interpret the transformation of lifestyle and aesthetics,and build a cultural self-confidence of Chinese fashion design values.(4)face up to the existence of "multi dress design value",adhere to the system concept of harmonious co-existence,set up the mechanism of multi value internalization and value externalization of clothing design,and build a multi value clothing design value system dominated by positive value.(5)the clothing production enterprises must balance the art and science,society and individual,subjective and objective aspects of the elements of product design in order to adapt to the lifestyle changes the model into guide the new way of life,the garment industry need to establish a green,low-carbon,cycle development design and development system,clothing design value ecosystem to create sustainable development.
