China has made great achievements in economic and social construction since the reform and opening up.However,a production pattern which just focused on economic output has caused the non-green problem on labor subject,labor output and relations.How to shift this single focus on economic output to green development of overall diversified labor system has become a crucial topic in the field of labor management in China.In the era of China's comprehensive implementation of the green development strategy,it is of great practical significance to promote green labor and create the essential green,interactive green,developing green and evolving green labor pattern to effectively solve the multi-agent and cross-level labor management issues.Therefore,accurately understanding the connotation of green labor,planning the overall construction logic of green labor and its realization path,which is not only an effective means to analyze the current domestic labor situation and its characteristics,but also an inevitable choice to build a harmonious China.Following the general research logic of “problem proposing-theory origin-empirical research-multi-agent simulation experiment-policy proposing”,this study combined the theories and research methods of behavior,philosophy,psychology and statistics,analyzed the theoretical model of green labor,and constructed a three-dimensional and evolving realization path of green labor based on spatial clues and time clues.Specifically,through the analysis results of more than 7000 respondents,this study analyzed the connotation and domestic status of green labor by literature research,qualitative analysis and empirical research.Moreover,this study explained the behavior strategy of each agent and driving mechanism of green labor by constructing and modifying the multi-agent driving model of green labor,analyzing the evolution game of the multi-agent strategy and conducting simulation experiment,and then proposed comprehensive policy suggestions.The specific research contents and results were as follows:First,constructing green labor,and establishing measurement system and corresponding indicators of green labor.(1)This study defined the connotation of green labor,which includes “internal state green”,“external interaction green”,“development process green” and “evolution result green”.Based on the spatial clues,this study delimited the core subject of green labor,which includes multiple elements such as workers,organizations and governments.Based on the time clues,this studyanalyzed the core evolution elements of green labor;(2)The multi-dimensional structure of green labor included eight factors with 48 items,such as green workers,green activity,green operations,green protection,green relationship,green system,green atmosphere and green governance.Second,analyzing the realistic level of green labor,and outlining the low green labor group.(1)Based on the empirical data,the results showed that the average of green labor in China was lower than the median level,and the detection rate of the inferior value of each measurement score was higher,which indicated that the current labor situation was unsatisfactory;(2)The groups with the following characteristics should be emphasized when promoting green labor: female,relatively young,low educational,low income,unmarried,short service years,engaged in related official work and service work,located in the eastern economic region,full-time workers.Third,constructing and modifying the multi-agent driving model of green labor,and depicting the spatial existence and interaction mechanism of core labor subjects.(1)The implementation willingness of workers was mainly affected directly by the variables such as occupational crisis,avoidance of punishment,implicit constraint,etc.,and the effect of supporting perception was the greatest.Work autonomy played a mediation role in the relationship among relevant direct factors and workers' willingness to implement green labor.Situational factors and selection costs could moderate the relationship between workers' work autonomy and their willingness to implement green labor;(2)Performance preference,control perception,staff reserve variables at the organizational level have significant impact on organizational willingness to pursue green labor,and the effect of feedback has the greatest impact.The implementation strategy cognition played a mediation role among these variables and the organizational pursue willingness of green labor.The input cost and industry competition can moderate the relationship between implementation strategy cognition and organizational pursue willingness of green labor;(3)Endogenous responsibility,image building,relationship promotion and claim perception at the government level affect the government's willingness to pursue green governance,and the claim perception has the largest impact,which could also mediate the relationships among other variables and government's willingness to pursue green labor.Governance investment and difficulty were the variables to moderate the demand perception and government's willingness to pursue green labor.This part constructed the "implicit" theoretical framework and empirical basis of the whole study,and provided empiricalbasis for the following in-depth analysis of each subject's strategic choice,as well as exploring the realization path of green labor by the spatial clues.Fourth,analyzing the evolution of multi-agent game of green labor in multi-situation,and deconstructing the multi-agent green labor strategy evolution model in multi-dimensional space.This section was the specific analysis of realization path of green labor under the spatial clues.By constructing the policy support,employee feedback and claim perception scenarios,this study analyzed the interaction mechanism and core parameters of each agent.(1)The evolutionary game results based on multiple scenarios showed that the evolutionary strategies of workers,organizations and governments influenced and restricted each other;(2)Workers' strategies were restricted by the cost and benefit of implementing green labor,policy bonus,organizational management system,outcome of upward feedback and claim;(3)Organizations' strategies were restricted by factors such as management costs and benefits,policy supervision and punishment,policy incentives,workers' demands and feedback,and direction of public opinion;(4)Governments' strategies were restricted by factors such as governance costs and benefits,financial resources,policy implementation,social losses,direction of public opinion,organization and worker's strategies.Fifth,designing and conducting the simulation experiment of behavior strategy of multi-agent in multiple situations,and analyzing the multi-dimensional strategy evolution path and dynamic characteristics of each subject of time clue.The research in this section was about the specific analysis of the green labor realization path under the clue of time evolution.(1)The results of simulation experiment in policy support scenario showed the government had free-riding behavior in the evolution of this multi-agent strategy when workers and organizations tended to implement green labor.At this time,adopting the “low cost,weak incentive”,which could reduce the governance cost and policy incentive,and further help the government to implement the “strong support” strategy,was an important means to realize green labor;(2)The results of simulation experiment in employee feedback scenario showed that the positive feedback of workers was an important factor for organizations and governments to implement green labor,but workers tended to choose “non-feedback”because of the available benefits.At this time,guiding “high participation” of workers was an important way to achieve green labor.The organizations would weight the cost and benefit of implementation,therefore,it was particularly important to enhance theperception of “high efficiency” and realize the development of “low cost” of organizations;(3)The results of simulation experiment in claims perceived scenario showed that when the governments and organizations actively promoted green labor,the workers existed “free ride” behavior.At this time,one of the important ways to realize green labor was to improve the benefits of workers' claims to encourage them achieve “strong claims and high returns”.Organizations and governments would actively promote green labor because of the “strong claim” of workers,thus,encouraging organizations to achieve “high-efficiency” and government to achieve governance of “strong implementation and low cost”,were important ways to realize green labor.Finally,this study proposed the multi-dimensional realization path of green labor with the attribute of factor cluster construction from the perspective of the spatial state of the interaction mechanism and the time evolution of the behavior strategy,so as to provide guidance for promoting the orderly construction of green labor.There were 61 figures,170 tables,and 392 references in this dissertation.
