Geological industry is one of the important pillar industries of national economic development.In recent years,the scientific and technological work of geological survey has been paid more and more attention.All provinces have built an information system and platform for the scientific and technological achievements of geological survey,and managed the achievements data by means of information technology,and accumulated a large number of data resources including papers,patents,projects and achievements data.However,the existing management system of geological scientific and technological achievements is relatively independent,and the data is difficult to be integrated,Shared,analyzed and used.In addition,there is a lack of scientific and technological competitiveness evaluation system suitable for the geological industry,which makes many survey data become islands of information and the survey results can't be effectively used.Of this study is to integrate and integrate multiple geological information system of methods and techniques of scientific and technological achievements,realize the geological industry data exchange sharing of scientific and technological achievements,the construction of geological data platform,at the same time,scientific selection of construction of geological science and technology competitiveness evaluation index system,using big data analysis technology and analytic hierarchy process(ahp),the national geological survey in different areas of the science and technology competitiveness evaluation and comparison,puts forward Suggestions on accelerating the development of geological industry science and technology innovation.The research has achieved the following main results and understanding:Analyzed the geological investigation and registration,application of publication management,results of scientific and technological achievements such as demand characteristics of application system integration and data sharing,geological survey are given big data platform of scientific and technological achievements by the method of system integration,is put forward based on the new distributed system structure,data bus technology of geological survey of scientific and technological achievements by the method of system integration,to develop the specification data standardization,form the data layer integration model integration model and the presentation layer,business layer integration model,and use the service-oriented system architecture model,and the data bus to realize the unified authentication and data sharing application system user.Design implementation is suitable for the geological survey of scientific and technological achievements of big data distributed database,in view of the geological survey data is structured,semi-structured,and unstructured and streaming data,using the Hadoop architecture and the analysis of mass data query service cluster technology,realization of multi-source heterogeneous data loading and storing,provide the geological survey of scientific and technological achievements of data query,full text search,data offline batch,interactive analysis,chart analysis,data mining,and other data processing mode.The internationally advanced IMD model of scientific and technological input and output was adopted,and the analytic hierarchy process was used.The output factors of scientific and technological competitiveness are selected as indicators such as scientific and technological achievements,personnel training and achievement transformation,so as to construct an evaluation system of scientific and technological competitiveness suitable for the characteristics of geological industry.And science and technology competitiveness evaluation system,based on a large data platform,and to quantify the national provincial geological survey of scientific and technological achievements,the evaluation and comparison,combined with the provincial situation of targeted recommendations,a comprehensive understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of different areas of science and technology competitiveness,optimization of geological science and technology development planning and policy of science and technology,enhance the level of geological investigation and management of scientific and technological achievements,innovation and development of geological survey industry to provide scientific data to support.
