Keeping the focus on the subject of collaborative management of tacit knowledge in social tagging system,the research of this thesis follows the logical process of theoretical construction,practical analyzation and scienticfic evaluation.In section of theoretical construction,this thesis firstly discusses the collaborative nature of knowledge management in social tagging system,and then analyzes its mechanism and the key elements of knowledge collaboration,finally points out the 2 types of tacit knowledge in social tagging system.One is the tacit knowledge of cognitive dimension from user's common understanding of knowledge resources in social tagging system,and the other is the tacit knowledge of behavior dimension from user's information behavior rule,interests and preferences in social tagging system.Besides,the significance and criticality of the mining and utilizing of tacit knowledge for collaborative knowledge management in the social tagging system are demonstrated in this thesis.Based on the above theoretical analysis,the connotation of tacit knowledge collaborative management in the social tagging system is extracted,which refers to a whole set of solution for collaborative management on the subject and object of tacit knowledge in the social tagging system with tag technology as its core,maximization of individual and group performance as its aim,information technology as its methodology.Then,the factors that affect the efficiency of knowledge collaboration in social tagging system are analyzed and a complete measurement index system is constructed by examining the knowledge collaboration process and collaborative elements in the social tagging system.The empirical analysis indicates that factors including environmental factors,the user's motivation of organizing knowledge and of social interaction with knowledge,the use of knowledge association and the tag-related factor all have positive correlation with the knowledge collaboration efficiency in social tagging system significantly.According to this result,the model of influencing factors of collaborative knowledge management efficiency in social tagging system is concluded,which can be of reference for improving the efficiency of knowledge management in social tagging system.Thirdly,under the guidance of traditional information behavior theory,an integrated model of users' information behavior in social tagging system is constructed,which is composed of three modules: adoption &acceptance information behavior,general use information behavior and specific information behavior.It will serve as the theoretical guidance for digging and utilizing tacit knowledge of behavior dimension.The above three partsform the theoretical framework of this thesis,and the theoretical framework including connotation of tacit knowledge collaborative management in social tagging system and related theory constructed in this thesisis not only the development and enrichment of existing theory of knowledge management,but also the major innovation in this paper.In section of practice analyzation,this thesis focuses on how to dig and utilize the tacit knowledge ofcognitive dimension and behavior dimensionin social tagging system under the guidance of the constructed theories.For thetacit knowledge of cognitive dimension,we put forward the method to dig the semantic structure of knowledge resources,which is the common understanding and the collective wisdom of users about the knowledge resources in the social tagging system.Taking tags of knowledge resources as the carrier of cognitive knowledge,we firstly build the hierarchical tree structure of tags,and then taking the advantage of controlled vocabulary oriented by Classified ChineseThesaurus,we attach semantic relations for each pair of tags in the hierarchical tree structure and form a tag-presented semantic structure of the knowledge resources in social tagging system.Finally,we validate the feasibility of this method through the real data collected from the Douban reading website and build a semantic structure for books in field of psychology from Douban website.The semantic structure of the knowledge resources can be used as semantic navigation for information resources and applied in semantic retrieval based on tags.For the tacit knowledge of the user's information behavior rule,this thesis takes user's tagging behavior of ?tagging resources with tags? as the starting point to analyze the characteristics of users' tagging behavior and the differences among different user groups.Targeted suggestions are proposed to improve and optimize the functional design,service and management of the social tagging system.As for the knowledge of user's interest and preference,we propose a method that digging user's interest model presented by weighted tags with a hierarchical structure and finding users with similar interest model by calculating the similarity of their tag-presented interest models,and then extracting a number of top n resources with higher recommended value as the recommended list for the targeted user.Finally,a case study is taken to demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of proposed method.In section of scientific evaluation,this thesis takes individual users in social tagging system as a DMU(decision making unit)and constructs input and output index system for evaluating their collaborative knowledge management efficiency.Both the methods of Factor Analysis and Date Envelope Analysis(DEA)are applied to to make an empirical analysis on the input-output efficiency of 684 users in social tagging system from three aspects: integrated technology efficiency,pure technology efficiency and scale technology.From the result,three conclusions can be made:(1)The overall input-output efficiency of users' knowledge management is low mainly because unreasonable resource allocation by users in the course of knowledge management activities,which means invalid scale efficiency.(2)The difference in the effective rate of integrated technology efficiency between users from different background varies along with the fluctuation of the effective rate of scale efficiency in same direction,and there is no significant difference in rate of pure technology efficiency between different user groups.(3)To promote the efficiency of collaborative knowledge managementin social tagging system,more attention to the quality of input resources and the optimization of resource allocation should be paid when encouraging users for more amount of input resources.All the research work of this thesis has formed initially a whole set of solutions to the issue of tacit knowledge management in the social tagging system.However,the tacit knowledgeof cognition and behavior dimension in the social tagging system studied in this thesisis only the ?the tip of the iceberg? relative to the very wide range of tacit knowledge denotation.Mining and utilizing other types of tacit knowledge related to individual psychology,emotion,intuition,values system,contexts and other complex factors needs the academics to make unremitting efforts and exploration.
