In the era of Internet plus,this traditional concept is inadequate,and team leadership plays an increasing significant role in leadership.To study the impact of definition and content of team leadership on organization performance,we combine team leadership and organization management in the context of organization performance.It has significant value in establishing the development system and evaluation mechanism of team leadership.The goal of the thesis is to develop the definition and content of team leadership,to construct a measure model,and to evaluate its interior mechanism and development system.There are four main highlights in this thesis.Firstly,a five-dimensional model of team leadership is proposed,and the definition and content of team leadership is refined.Based on literature review,empirical interview survey and focus group,the definition and content of team leadership is refined.Meanwhile,the grounded theory(GT)is applied to build the five-dimensional concept model of team leadership,which includes mission and goal,role and process,communication and coordination,learning and innovation and engagement and commitment.Meanwhile,to explain the team leadership‘s source,direction and content,we use the definition of force,motion law and quantum field in the field of theoretical physics.To reflect the function and value of the five-dimensional concept model of team leadership,the coefficients of the model are determined by constructing a theoretical model and regression analysis.Secondly,the influence of team leadership on team‘s achievements and organization performance is studied.Based on the test of a large sample,the relationships among team leadership,team‘s performance and organization performance are verified by adopting structural equationmodel method using AMOS-22.These relationships are as follows.The mission and goal of team leadership,as well as engagement and commitment have a positive effect on team‘s achievements.Communication and coordination and learning and innovation have a positive effect on team‘s satisfaction.Role and process have a positive effect on team‘s efficiency.However,learning and innovation has no influence on team‘s efficiency.Team‘s efficiency has no influence on organization performance.Thirdly,a development model of team leadership is built based on Action Learning and group facilitation.We discuss the development of team leadership from the perspective of its patterns,routes and learning principles.There are four strategies of the team leadership‘s development model.By exploring the content of action learning,the difference and connection of Action Learning and Group Facilitation,and the role of WIAL round table club in Action Learning on the developing team leadership,we conclude that Action Learning and Group Facilitation have a positive effect on the development of team leadership in promoting team‘s achievement.Lastly,an evaluationon the development of team leadership is carried out by using the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)model.To evaluate and measure the performance of team leadership,we construct an evaluation index system of the performance of team leadership by using the AHP model.In this model,the individual‘s leadership and development plan(IDP),five-dimensional team leadership,and team development plan(TDP)are included.The evaluation on the development of team leadership provides verticaland horizontal comparisons in the methods and theoretical supports.To validate these above research results such as the five-dimensional team leadership model and the development and evaluation of team leadership,a case study of state-owned key enterprise called Yun Hu Tong is provided.We conclude that these above research results are effective and significant from the empirical case study.Moreover,the results of the development and evaluation of team leadership can be applied to other practical applications.
