| China's collective enterprise,a special public ownership entity between state ownership and private ownership,is the special outcome of China economic society.From 1970 s to 1990 s in last century,it performed more active market achievements compared with state-owned enterprises and better operation performance compared with private companies with the significant contribution for China economy development.During the last one and two decades,it developed differentially.Some took the approach to markets by restructuring and clarifying their ownership,other enterpsiese had closed and liquidated affected by their problems such as fuzzy ownership,poor operation and management,and those with fuzzy property rights founded by state-owned enterprises survived and developed by means of parent companies' development environment,market and resource.Under the new situation,it has theoretical research value and realistic guiding significance to study their sustainable development.The dissertation,taking the analysis of internal and external environment,studies characteristics and operation rules of those enterprises with fuzzy property rights under the co-dependence mode,analyzes the dynamic factors and transmission mechanism of their sustainable development through questionnaire survey,site interviews,mathematical statistics,and analogue simulation.It sets up those enterprises' sustainable development model by relationship of each factor's action and system dynamics model,develops the analogue simulation and policy analysis by means of real data form the Dagang Oilfield Company,and finally determines the development mode of the collective enterprises with fuzzy property right under the different scenarios and puts forward the development policy suggestions.The study contents are as follows.1.The dissertation studies and finds twelve core appeals,also called key indexes of their development,of the stakeholders of the collective enterprises with fuzzy property right;builds the CASD model that could guide and find the dynamic factors and mechanism of sustainable development of the collective enterprises by designing the four analytical subsystems such as operation management,technology innovation,employees' sustainable development,and energy conservation & environment protection based on their characteristics and evemopment trends.2.It studies and obtains the system dynamics model of sustainable development of those with fuzzy property right from four aspects including operation management,technology innovation,employees' sustainable development,and energy conservation & environment protection by means of system hypothesis,boundary analysis,causal analysis,factor analysis,and building flow diagram;it solves the basic and real data from Dagang Oilfield Company,sets up the equation and variable relationship using multiple regression analysis,takes the system's authenticity test,controls the relative error of each indicator below 5%,and finally develops the dynamic model reflecting the status quo of Dagang Oilfield Company's collective enterprises;it also foresees and analyzes the degree of their sustainable development and subindexes involving economy,environment,and peopls' livelihood from 2016 to 2020.3.The paper researches and gets the impact effects and the best change intervals of each dynamic factor for facilitating collective enterprises' sustainable development through Vensim software's multiscenario simulation analysis based on their future development modes of these collective enterprises with fuzzy property rights;it develops the optimum mode and corresponding policy suggestions by using multifactor simulation under three different development scenarios,namely high scenario,middle scenario,and low scenario of their parent companies. |
