Research On The Intellectual Property Management System Of Aerospace Manufacturing Industry

As an important role in the development of economy,science and technology in China,aerospace manufacturing industry is a vital strategic industry which relates to improve the national security and national economic.With the advent of the knowledge economy,intellectual property rights will play an increasingly important role in the long-term development of the aerospace manufacturing industry and the formation of the international market competitiveness.Intellectual property rights are not only the main content and important means for aerospace manufacturing enterprises to participate in the international market competition,but also the most important competitive tool for the aerospace manufacturing enterprises to internationalize their operations.It is significant to protect the intellectual property right that can improve the innovation capability and international competitiveness of aerospace manufacturing enterprises.Based on the theory of intellectual property right and system theory,the connotation and characteristics of intellectual property management in aerospace manufacturing industry and aerospace manufacturing industry are defined according to the previous research results.This paper analyzes the status quo of intellectual property management of foreign aerospace manufacturing industry and domestic aerospace manufacturing industry from the aspects of intellectual property development,intellectual property operation and intellectual property right protection.Through comparative analysis,it finds out the management of intellectual property in Chinese aerospace manufacturing industry and the enlightenment to the intellectual property management of China’s aerospace manufacturing industry.The intellectual property management system of aerospace manufacturing industry is studied from the perspective of system,and an intellectual property management system model of aerospace manufacturing industry is constructed.The system model consists of intellectual property development subsystem,Intellectual property management subsystem,intellectual property management subsystem,intellectual property rights management subsystem,intellectual property management subsystem,aerospace manufacturing industry intellectual property management and development subsystem is the original system of the original driving force,the aerospace manufacturing industry intellectual property management and operation subsystem is the entire aerospace manufacturing industry intellectual property management The same time,the protection of intellectual property management subsystem of the aerospace manufacturing industry is the protection of the operation of the entire intellectual property management system.This paper analyzes the driving force mechanism of the intellectual property management system of the aerospace manufacturing industry,which is based on the aerospace manufacturing enterprises,and constructs the intellectual property management of the aerospace manufacturing industry with the aerospace manufacturing enterprises as the main body,from the internal and external driving factors System dynamics mechanism model,aerospace manufacturing industry intellectual property management system operation mechanism and aerospace manufacturing industry coordination mechanism.This paper analyzes the operational mechanism of the intellectual property management system of China’s aerospace manufacturing industry from the four aspects of government regulation mechanism,risk decision mechanism,talent mechanism and application mechanism of innovation achievements,and analyzes the relationship between these four dimensions.The coordination mechanism model of IP management system in aerospace manufacturing industry is constructed from three aspects: formation reason,formation process and coordination result.According to the characteristics of the operation system of intellectual property management system in aerospace manufacturing industry,this paper applies group decision-making eigenvalue method,Spearson correlation analysis and range analysis to analyze the knowledge property management and development subsystem,intellectual property management and operation subsystem and knowledge of aerospace manufacturing industry Property management and protection subsystem,and constructs an evaluation index system of the operation effect of the IP management system of the aerospace manufacturing industry and an evaluation model of the IP effectiveness of the aerospace manufacturing industry based on the Borda combination evaluation,average value method and difference combination evaluation method.And take 19 representative regions in the aerospace manufacturing industry as an example.Finally,based on the actual situation of the intellectual property management in the aerospace manufacturing industry,this paper proposes the promotion from the macroscopic,meso
