Research On The Optimization Of Industrial Structure Under The Restriction Of Resources And Environment In Hainan Province

Since the reform and opening up,China's economy has achieved nearly four decades of rapid growth,the national per capita income has been greatly improved.However,because of extensive development,China's economy has accumulated a series of structural contradictions and environmental resource destruction and other issues.In order to solve these problems in the current economy and achieve sustainable economic growth,it is imperative to optimize the economy's industrial structure and upgrade the mode of economic development.China has a vast territory and its provinces,regions have unique characteristics of industrial structure,the provinces and regions to achieve their industrial structure's optimization,and upgrade is the foundation and premise to achieve the overall economic sustainable development.Therefore,this paper focuses on the problem of industrial structure optimization in Hainan Province,which is the only tropical island in China.Based on fully understanding the unique economic development of Hainan Province,this paper studies how to optimize the industrial structure and realize the further development of Hainan Province.It is the basic prerequisite to understand and master the development path of the industrial structure under the constraints of natural resources and environment in Hainan Province and the current development situation for upgrading the future industrial structure of the region.Therefore,this paper first uses the production function model to excavate and analyze the internal causes of the evolution of the industrial structure in Hainan Province,and study the structure of the input factors-total factor productivity,capital deepening,labor concentration and capital output efficiency.In addition,the state space model is used for parameter estimation and the model quantifies to what extent the three industries are affected by the above four factors.Then,this paper analyzes the external factors of industrial structure evolution under environmental constraints in Hainan Province,and uses time series and factor analysis to explore and identify relevant factors such as resource structure,technological progress,economic environment,policy environment and social environment.It turns out that resource structure,urban and rural income distribution and modernization construction of Hainan Province are important fators of industrial structure changes.In order to fulfill the goal of industrial structure optimization more conducive to people's livelihood and more targeted,after comprehending the evolution process of industrial structure,this paper further concerns about the relationship between income gap between urban and rural residents and industrial structure optimization,and with the use of vector regression model this paper extracts the corresponding pulse corresponding analysis and analysis of variance results to clarify the relationship between the income gap between urban and rural residents and the rationalization of industrial structure.Then,this paper discusses the difference between the development of Hainan's industrial structure and the development of China's overall industrial structure,and further discusses the difference between Hainan Province's dual economic development situation and China's dual economic situation.In order to achieve this goal,this paper first reconstructs the data of capital stock of the province from 1993 to 2013,and employs the C-D production function model,the dual economic theory and the efficiency of production factors to study this province's dual economy situation.It turns out that Hainan Province's dual economy situation is quite different from China's total dual economy situation.Finally,the paper summarizes the internal and external conditions of the current situation of the current industrial structure,the influence of the development process of the industrial structure in Hainan Province on the income gap in the people's livelihood,and the current industrial structure and dual economic status of the province development and the differences from the overall economic sector of China's,and this paper gives the reasonable and feasible Hainan industrial structure optimization development path.This paper holds that Hainan Province should focus on the development of the tertiary industry with the main tourism industry,service industry,and finance and transportation industry.They should continue to develop the relative advantages of agriculture and promote the development of green agriculture modernization.Moreover,they should make development of the secondary industry balanced and steady.
