Jiangmen City, The Industrial Structure Optimization Upgrade Model And Its Evaluation Mechanism

With the embodiment of the timeliness of industrial structure optimization in economic growth, optimization and upgrading of industrial structure has become a central issue in modern economic growth, and increasingly become an essential requirement in modern economic growth. It's an eternal theme in the study of national or regional economic development process.Although the adjustment and optimization of industrial structure have been achieved initial results in recent years, the overall level is still not high and the structure is not entirely reasonable. There is neither accurate quantitative analysis nor consideration of the reasonable proportion between the various industrial sectors, not to mention to make quantitative evaluation of the situation of industrial structure optimization.Based on the research of the inner and outer mechanisms of industrial structure optimization and upgrading, the thesis commences from the input-output theory to construct the objective function of optimization model with the maximization of economic growth and full employment as its major objects, and designs the constraint conditions of optimization model from the two sides of industrial structure verticalization and rationalization, then applies the methods of linear programming and objective programming to construct a more comprehensive and reasonable optimization and upgrading model consistent with the requirements of a sustainable development.Then on the basis of the analysis of the substance of industrial structure optimization and upgrading and the idea of its evaluation method, the thesis constructs the evaluation index system and a grey multi-level evaluation model of industrial structure optimization and upgrading, from the prospect of the verticalization and rationalization of industrial structure, and also from the prospect of financial situation of industrial operation system, with a view to an objective and correct assessment of the overall performance of the optimization and upgrading system of industrial structure, so as to measure the performance of industrial structure optimization and upgrading correctly and objectively.Finally, with the grey multi-level evaluation model of industrial structure optimization and upgrading constructed in the thesis, we make an empirical research in the industry structure of Jiangmen City, and make a quantitive analysis to its present situation and opportunities and challenges facing. Then through the analysis of the existing problems, we advance some countermeasures and suggestions on Jiangmen city's industrial structure optimization and upgrading, which supply a scientific foundation to Jiangmen city's reasonable decisions in industrial structure.
