The promotion of enterprise value is the starting point and final destination of all business activities and plays a crucial role in its development.The improvement of financial performance as one of the important strategies to improve the value of enterprises makes the exploration of the improved path of performance not only have important academic value,but also have important social application value.However,Chinese enterprises are facing a rapidly changing and dynamic competitive environment.The TMT respond to complex market environments with dynamic competition is the inevitable choice for Chinese enterprises to survive and develop in the increasingly fierce competition,TMT must grasp and learn how to survive in a dynamic competitive environment.In order to gain or maintain a competitive advantage in the market,the TMT of the target enterprise or the competitive enterprise must maintain and take advantage of a keen awareness of internal resources and external opportunities,implement the best competitive strategy to disrupt competitors' actions,so as to cope with the complex competitive situation.Successful leaders can use their acute insight to anticipate the competitive advantages which bring from change to the enterprise,and make effective and appropriate strategic decisions decisively.Reasonable judgment of competition will help the TMT of the enterprise to analyze the effectiveness of the competition between enterprises through perceived tension of competition,so as to make appropriate strategic adaptive behavior,in order to cope with the complicated external environment,the opportunities and challenges.Effective executives with a management team will seek the beneficial to the development of its external market opportunities actively,and grasp the internal resources of the cognitive combination timely,and also the excellent executiveswill motivate subordinates to optimize the bad performance through their charisma,improve the whole level of productivity of enterprises,guarantee its first-mover advantage,improve the survival rate of the market in order to achieve the ideal performance.But what the impact will be under the influence of the competition tension,executives alertness and organizational change strategies on corporate financial performance,the attention of scholars are extremely limited at present.Based on the above practical problems and theories,this study attempts to solve the following problems:(1)how does the impact of TMT alertness on corporate financial performance?(2)how does the organizational change strategies affect the financial performance of the enterprise?(3)What is the impact of TMT alertness on organizational change strategies?(4)if there is a mediating effect of the scale of change and the leadership style of change between the TMT alertness and corporate financial performance?(5)how does the competitive tension play a role in the relationship between organizational change strategies and corporate financial performance?(6)how does the non-direct impact of executive vigilance on financial performance through organizational change strategies be regulated by the competitive tension? In order to solve the above problems,this paper reviews the research literature on the basis of the theory of the building,and then discusses the relationship between variables,completes the building of theory model,puts forward 18 research hypotheses.Finally through the investigation of the northeast high-tech enterprises and traditional enterprise fields,collect 208 valid questionnaires,use the relevant statistical software to carry on the empirical analysis,the test model and the hypothesis.Through the review of the previous literature the author found that the characteristics of industrial competitive environment also influence the perception,motivation and ability of the competitive action of enterprises,and the existence of the awareness factor has lead to the formation of competitive tension of enterprise perception.This study based on the competitive tension,thinking about the regulating effect of the competitive tension,the non-directly impact of the TMT alertness through the organizational change strategies on the financial performance,trying to explore ways toimprove the enterprise's financial performance by changing the scale of the organization and changing the leadership style at the same time.Research conclusions enriche the existing related theory about TMT alertness,and solve some practical problems: first of all,this study take TMT alertness as an independent study,the construct of the opportunities alertness as a part of the entrepreneurial alertness dimensions to examine the research train of thought.Study conclusions show that Resource alertness and opportunity alertness are positively related to firm financial performance respectively are compared with the conclusion that entrepreneurial alertness is positively related to the financial performance,although the related conclusions of the two relations are still inconsistent,but provide a new research idea,also provide a more specific answer to the relationship between TMT alertness and financial performance.The second place,dynamic competition theory is proposed to overcome the inertia of enterprise resources,and the dynamic competitiveness is the ability of enterprises to adapt,integrate and reconstruct organizations and resources to cope with environmental change requirements.Among them,"dynamic" refers to the ability of enterprises to constantly update their capabilities to adapt the changing external market environment.This study effectively integrates strategic choice theory and dynamic competition theory,and systematically explores the adjustment effect of competitive tension between organizational change strategy and financial performance.This study provides specific strategic guidance for enterprises of the three provinces which located in the eastern of China,provides specific strategic level to the decision-making process of antagonistic actions against competitors,and expands and improves the relevant theoretical framework of organizational change.It is found that the competitive tension can promote the positive relationship between the scale of change,leadership style and corporate financial performance.Thirdly,enterprises should realize the improvement of organizational structure and optimization of organizational function in order to seek survival and development in a changing market environment.Every enterprise has a multi-level and multi-factor and complicated background,enterprises can not exist in an isolation situation,on the contrary,enterprises must closely connected with the surrounding environment.They face an open system,andthe operation of the enterprise is with multiple environmental dynamic interactional process.If an enterprise wants to maintain and develop,it must constantly adjust and improve its own structure and function.The research found that there is a mediating effect of change the leadership style between TMT alertness and financial performance,and the change of scale is only mediating between resource alertness and financial performance.From this study about the TMT alertness,organizational change strategies,financial performance and the competitive tention related conclusions can be seen that the enterprise under the influence of different levels of competitive tension make Strategic adjustment is of great significance to improve the living conditions of enterprises,promot enterprise's financial performance not only depends on the organization itself strategic decision,also relys on the external opportunity identification and the use of internal resources.This paper examines the impact of executive alartness on organizational change strategies.Enhance the understanding of the relationship between executive alartness and strategic changes,increase the empirical experience of dynamic competition theory at the level of the opportunity and resource,strengthen its theoretical basis.In addition,This study investigated the impact of competitive tension as a moderator on corporate financial performance,it makes the competition tension is not only taken as control variable in the past(such as Mc Grath,1999),increase the adjustment effect of competition tension,and improve its theoretical scope of adaptation.It further clarifies the contingent and boundary conditions of executive alartness affecting organizational change strategy.Also the influence of executive vigilance on organizational change strategy is deeply analyzed and the mediating effects of two organizational change strategies on executive alartness and firm financial performance.This study make up for the lack of research on TMT alartness and organizational change strategies and improve its theoretical scope of adaptation,with certain innovation.For the practical significance of this study,on the one hand,to enlightenment for the effective implementation of organizational change in the intense competition environment in terms of strategy of enterprise executives,in addition to enhance their opportunity and resource alertness,also strength the understanding of the competition between enterprises and realize the value of the competitive tension,accurate analysis of competitors,the action can make reasonable and positive response and form the long-term competitive advantage,on the other hand,this research also hopes and can adjust the organizational change strategy according to the market situation,Intensive study of competitive tension and organizational change strategies is benefit to guide our country enterprise reasonably in order to build competitive advantage and gain lasting competitive advantage,improve the efficiency of enterprise strategy management,thus enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises,improve enterprise's financial performance,achieve healthy development of enterprise.The ultimate aim of this study is improve the efficiency of enterprise,promote enterprise survival rate and performance level.
