Geo-spatial information science,biology and nanotechnology are the three most important and fastest developing areas in today's society.Geo-spatial information science is a science and technology to collect,analyze,store and apply the data related to the distribution of the earth and the space,It is also called geographic information science or spatial information science.With the accelerated process of social information,geographic information technology based on spatial information processing has been widely used in geological exploration,environmental management,water resources survey,urban planning,land survey and so on.Spatial data combined with the relevant model and decision support system can form a powerful management tool,which could provide technical support for the fine management of agriculture.At present,agriculture is a relatively weak link in the development of national economy,and the development of agricultural information is also lagging behind.The land issue is the core and foundation of the "three rural issues".Since the implementation of the family-contract reforms in China from 1978,the enthusiasm of the farmers has been fully mobilized,and the great changes have taken place in the countryside.However,with the rapid development of urbanization and industrialization,the family-contract reforms with the main features of the decentralized management of the family is difficult to adapt to the requirements of large-scale and efficient modern agriculture.Then a series of farmland circulation practice carry out in all parts of the country.At present,the farmland circulation has the characteristics of diversification of the main body and the way,Small scale,land fragmentation and the farmland circulation information is not complete,the "non-agriculturization" and "non food" phenomenon gradually highlights.Therefore,only in a timely manner to understand and grasp the impact of farmland transfer on the community,we can guide the healthy farmland circulation,to achieve the optimal allocation of farmland resources.Based on geographic information system theory,game theory,land rent theory,information economics theory and other related theories,based on farmland circulation in rural comprehensive performance evaluation,this paper established the database of farmland circulation based on Arc GIS,design and development of the farmland circulation performance evaluation decision support system.The main research progress is as follows:1.Established the game model of farmland circulation related subject.On the basis of the current land circulation development process,around the economic benefits,established a rent model of inflow side and the outflow side,established the legitimacy model of grassroots organizations and both sides of farmland circulation,and the possible behavior choice of the parties of farmland circulation in different situations is analyzed,which lays the foundation for the farmland circulation performance evaluation.2.Empirical analysis of the farmland circulation performance evaluation.The farmland circulation performance evaluation system is constructed.On the basis of field investigation,using AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to study the farmland circulation performance.The results show that the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method can effectively reduce the influence of subjective factors on the evaluation results and the results by this method are closer to the reality.3.Design the system framework of the farmland circulation performance evaluation decision support system.On the basis of the system requirement analysis,on the basis of science,practicality,openness,reliability and operability,the farmland circulation performance evaluation model coupled with GIS technology,design the decision support system based on GIS,to realize the visualization of abstract data and results of performance evaluation.Using this system,we can understand the situation of the circulation of farmland in a timely manner,and provide technical support for supervision.4.Design and establish the farmland circulation performance evaluation datebase.The concept model of farmland circulation performance evaluation is established by using the E-R model,the data model of farmland circulation on GIS is designed based on user demand,the database is established through the method of data transformation and vector quantization to realize the timely grasp of the farmland circulation information.5.Develop the farmland circulation performance evaluation decision support system.Using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory to establish the performance evaluation model,and coupling the model with GIS,then the performance evaluation system based on GIS is developed and the results are good.
