| In the age with the accelerating scientific and technological progress,and the increasingly fierce competition in the market,industry-university-research institute alliance(IURA)is an effective way to create and transform the scientific and technological achievements,which also is a new type of strategic cooperation to promote national independent innovation ability.The IURA,s stable operation is an important prerequisite for achieving strategic objectives.However,so far,many IURAs only exist for a short period of time.Especially,our national IURAs are in the start-up stage.The instability of the alliance has drawn many concerns among researchers and practitioners.Therefore,the following several problems need to be solved urgently:how can the IURAs develop stably;are there any path or mechanisms we can use to make the alliances promote stably?Based on above,the IURA is chosen as the research object.This paper first analyses the concept of IURAs;then the dynamic evolution process is illuminated to explore the stable mechanisms and realization paths;the effective implementation mechanisms are designed in the end.Firstly,the theoretical foundation of IURA stability is explored.On one hand,the definition of IURA is elaborated through literature review.The IURA’s agents and its role in the alliance are analyzed from two aspects of innovation agents and auxiliary agents,and the related characteristics of IURA are described.On the other hand,based on the theory of system,ecology science,the connotation of IURA stability is defined.The characteristics and performance of IURA stability is analyzed in this thesis,and the theory and basis of the stability discrimination is expounded.And based on the self-organization,the dynamic evolvement process of IURA stability is divided into three phases(formative phases,disruption phases and recovery phases).Secondly,the agent synergy mechanism of IURA from disorder to good order is explored in this thesis.The agent synergy mechanism is expounded on the whole.The dynamic model is constructed using physical theory,and the synergetic interaction between the alliance main bodies driven by the context dynamics,triggering dynamics and enabling dynamics is analyzed.The lead-free electronics manufacturing alliance is taken as an example of IURA is elaborated to further explain the synergetic interaction.From the point of view of the research and development efforts of agent,the trust and reciprocity,a revenue function is constructed to investigate the synergic relationship between the main bodies of IURA.And based on the project of "Underwater Great Wall&Harbin Engineering University" alliance case,the mechanism and regularity of the agent stable and orderly operation of IURA under the dynamics and behaviors of agent synergy is illustrated.Thirdly,the operation mechanism of IURA stability fluctuation is analyzed.The nature of operating fluctuation for IURA stability is expounded on the whole,and the internal and external disturbance factors that can influence the stability of IURA are dissected.Based on ecology theory,the effects of the spread and proliferation of external disturbances in the alliance on the agents and the whole stability are expounded by Logistic model,and the Lotka-Volterra competition model of cooperative and conflict behavior between innovation agents is built to investigate the effects of internal disturbance on the stable and orderly operation of IURA.And on this basis,the fluctuation principle and regularity of the stable IURA under the action of internal and external disturbances.Fourthly,the behavioral control mechanisms of IURA stability are investigated.The nature of the adjustment and feedback of behavioral control is expounded on the whole,and the agent and the process of the behavioral control are analyzed.The behavioral control model of IURA stability is constructed by the evolutionary game theory,and the agent behavioral evolution of industry and university-research institute under government regulation and the co-constraints between innovation agents.And on this basis,under the stability random fluctuations caused by the agents’ response to the disturbances from the outside environment and the control disturbance inside agents,the recovering mechanism and regularity of IURA in the stable and orderly operation state are illustrated.Fifthly,the implement path of IURA stability is excavated.Based on discourse analysis and theory study,the theoretical framework of the implement path of IURA stability is constructed,and the implement path is empirically examined by the projection pursuit model and multiple mediation models.And on this basis,two implement paths for IURA stability is excavated.One way is to maintain the agent sustainable synergetic interaction by the behavioral integration to keep the stable and orderly operation of IURA.Another one is to erase disturbance and control fluctuation by interface management to keep the stable and orderly operation of IURA.Finally,to make the IURA stable and operated orderly,a systematic analysis is made on the stability mechanism and implement path of IURA,and then the implement mechanism of IURA stability is designed.On the one hand,based on the perspective of innovation agents,the incentive mechanisms of the stability implement of IURA are designed from the two aspects of knowledge transfer and profit distribution,and the coordination mechanisms of the stability implement of IURA are designed from the two aspects of relational governance and contractual governance.On the other hand,based on the perspective of government,the guarantee mechanisms of the stability implement of IURA are designed from the three aspects of financial support,tax relief and performance evaluation.In this thesis,the concept and features of IURA stability are clearly defined.The dynamic evolvement process of IURA stability is taken as the main clue.The agent synergy mechanism,operation fluctuation mechanism,behavioral control mechanism and implement path of IURA stability are studied from the dynamics and behavior perspective,the internal agent disturbance and external disturbance,innovation agent and auxiliary agent,and the dynamic development vein of IURA stability,respectively.The"incentive-synergy-guarantee" implement mechanisms of IURA stability are constructed by systematic analysis,which provides support for the decision-making on the stability development of IURA. |
