Research On The Lean Supply Chain Management System Of Shipbuilding Enterprises

Shipbuilding is the modern comprehensive industry to provide technology and equipment for water transportation,ocean development and national defense construction,it is a strategic industry of civil-military integration and an important part of advanced equipment manufacturing industry.The further development of shipbuilding is the inevitable requirement of comprehensive national strength of China.In 2011,the three indicators shipbuilding completions of China continue to stable first in the world.It marked the beginning of Chinese shipbuilding into a new stage of shipbuilding powerhouse.However in research,development and manufacture of the high-end ship,there is still a gap between China and other shipbuilding powers.If China want to stable the great status of shipbuilding,build modern shipbuilding enterprises,chinese shipbuilding enterprises have to research and explore the management modes and technical methods for the development requirements of shipbuilding enterprises,introduce advanced production management tools,it is the inevitable way and strategic initiative of the development of shipbuilding enterprises.According to the theory of lean thinking,lean shipbuilding theory,theory of lean supply chain,supply chain management theory and the shipbuilding supply chain management theory,the thesis makes further analysis of the key links of the lean supply chain management of shipbuilding enterprises.This thesis analyzes the status of information sharing,supplier distribution and cooperation and inventory management of supply chain of shipbuilding enterprises of China,combining the practices and application of lean supply chain in the shipbuilding enterprises in the domestic and overseas,builting the lean supply chain management system of shipbuilding enterprises of lean thinking as the guidance,information sharing as the support,supplier cooperation as the core,inventory control as the hub and performance evaluation as the guarantee,providing development ideas and improving suggestion for the lean supply chain management of shipbuilding enterprises of China.Information sharing support the lean development of supply chain management of the shipbuilding enterprises.This thesis uses structural equation method to make an empirical analysis,the result indicates that the lean supply chain information sharing development of shipbuilding enterprises need attaches great importance to information sharing coordination and supply chain integration,especially the prominent position and role of supply chain integration,thereby to support the evolution of the lean supply chain management of shipbuilding.Suppliers cooperation is the core content of lean supply chain management of shipbuilding enterprises.This thesis uses game theory to argue the problem of cooperative partnership,analysis shows that the establishment of supplier collaborative relationship of lean supply chain of shipbuilding can increase the profit and efficiency,and and take the appropriate trust mechanism and punishment mechanism can reduce the operation risk in the supplier collaborative relationship,in addition,the interest allocation mechanism based on the contribution can maintain the stability of the supplier collaborative relationship,in other words,the coordination mechanism consist from trust mechanism,punishment mechanism and interest allocation mechanism can promote the scientific management and maintenance of lean supply chain management of shipbuilding enterprises.Inventory control as the hub in the process of lean supply chain management of shipbuilding enterprises.This thesis uses hierarchical regression method to demonstrate the issue of inventory control,the analysis shows that lean factors are the mediation of the positive relationship of internal factors and inventory control,and external factors are the regulated variable of the positive relationship of internal factors and lean factors.Therefore,shipbuilding enterprises need to differently apply the driving factors and lean factors,in order to realize the pivotal role of inventory control in the shipbuilding enterprises.The performance evaluation is the guarantee of the operation of lean supply chain of shipbuilding enterprises.This thesis establishes performance evaluation model of lean supply chain management of shipbuilding enterprises based on the optimal combination method,analysis points out that there need to have different performance improvement ideas and suggestions for primary ship companies,secondary ship companies and tertiary ship companies,differentiation path can promote the rapid development of lean in the shipbuilding enterprises.This thesis systematically proposes effective countermeasures that the shipbuilding enterprises in the lean supply chain management process must take.The development of lean supply chain management of shipbuilding enterprises needs to practice from policy,industry and enterprise three dimensions.
