Research On The Integration Pattern Of Industry And Space In Suburban Village Of North Zhejiang

In recent years,policies concerning rural economic transformation have been continuously released and the construction of "Beautiful Countryside" is in full swing.However,the goals set by the preliminary government always aim at industrial development;whereas,the major concern of rural architecture designers is the spatial environment.This contradiction forces rural architecture designers to reexamine and consider rural construction model and planning approach.The new era rural development is in need of new dynamics.If there is no effective industrial planning to form sustainable industrial mechanism and lead the productive factors such as capital and working forces to return to rural areas,all the efforts and investments made by the government to beautify the rural environment will be in vain.The research of rural industry-space integration departs from status investigation and background analysis.It goes on to search for its theoretical foundation from the perspectives of agricultural economics and rural sociology.The principle of landscape ecology is applied to the quantitative analysis of the problem.Then,it puts forward the strategies for rural industrial restructuring and space rearrangement as well as the Industry-space Integration Model(ISIM).Finally,it applies the industry-space integration model to real cases for empirical tests.The achievements of the research are listed as follows.1.It puts forward the ISIMISIM is a way to produce the ideal form of Suburban Village’s space by the heterogeneous isomorphism of industry and space.It sets forth the strategies for restructuring Suburban village’s industry based on industrial reconstruction and planning science.It points to the planning strategies of industrial restructuring to induce spatial restructuring.It defines the "Dynamic Space"——the space to be created by the application of ISIM,sets the principles and goal system for the building of the space.It enhances the fulfillment of both industrial reconstruction plan and the well-living space construction plan.2.ISIM.envisions the goal space——"Dynamic Space"The "Dynamic Space" is the idealistic and sustainable space endowed with economic vitality,with external and internal beauty,and harmonious coexistence of industries,society and ecology.The building of the "Dynamic Space" is a process in which the industrial restructuring strategies find their full expression in rural spaces.3.ISIM is the new paradigm for rural planningISIM is an industrial restructuring oriented planning approach.It is the methodology to build a "dynamic space".Based on the traditional rural planning theory,it reexamines the importance of faming land in rural planning,expands the academic sphere concerning rural planning and strengthens the leading role of planning in rural industrial restructuring.Through the theoretical research and system construction of the integration of rural industry and space,it is applied to the empirical research,which provides a model for the rural space construction in the region.ISIM might have its significance in widening rural designing horizon,promoting rural transformation and upgradation in its industry and space.
