| Facing with the rapid economy development and energy demand,the problems of electric power industry in China become critical,such as increasing the energy efficiency of conversion and utilization,transforming the development model of energy industry,ensuring the safe of energy supply,improving the planning of power generation system.As an important secondary energy,electric power has the features of clean and high-efficiency which makes itself paid a lot of attentions.Among these generation types for electric power,distributed generation project has developed explosively in recent years.On November 7 in 2016,China’s National Energy Administration published the Electric Power Development Plan during the 13 th Five-year Period which emphasized the importance of distributed energy development.The macro development environment released the positive signals that the distributed energy development will be encouraged and promoted by the government in the future.However,for promoting the distributed energy development,the problems need to be solved and improved immediately from the perspectives of power generation,project operation,energy saving and emission reduction,and electric power distribution.Hence,under the background of new-round electric power reform,evaluating the generation resources reasonably,planning the generation projects scientifically and analyzing the advantages of distributed generation comprehensively are worth deeply studying by the experts and scholars in electric power fields.Better understanding about distributed generation projects and their development goals are helpful to build its competiveness and identify the improving paths in order to realize a harmonious and sustainable development of economy,society and environment.Based on the analyzed development demands and goals above,the competiveness concept of distributed generation project was proposed in this paper.The regional development potential,comprehensive evaluation system,co-evolution relationship and improving paths models of distributed generation project were explored specifically.The relative research results can provide theoretical and practical references to the planning,construction,investment and operation of distributed generation projects.The main research contents are as follows.(1)Combing the current development situation of distributed generation project in China.With the local and abroad energy research results,China’s current development situation of distributed generation project was reviewed from the macro level.The paper focused on the fields of energy supply and demand,distributed generation resource reserves,distributed energy exploitation and utilization,the main restricting factors for distributed energy development.Meanwhile,the successful development experiences were summarized on the typical nations and areas.(2)Building the theoretical system for the distributed generation project competitiveness.The theoretical system is the foundation for feather competitiveness study.Considering with the definition of distributed energy,generation technology division and the framework of distributed energy system,the main objects of distributed generation project competitiveness were determined.The paper analyzed the basic connotation and core characteristics of distributed generation project competitiveness.The factors influential to distributed generation project competitiveness were identified and summarized.And the co-evolution mechanism about the distributed generation project competitiveness was also explored and studied.They will provide theoretical support for the future research of distributed generation project competitiveness.(3)Finding the regional development potentials for distributed generation project.Based on the production process,the structural model of distributed generation industry was constructed firstly in this chapter.The influencing factors in each industrial link were chosen through quantitative indexes.By using the projection pursuit and coupling coordination model,the development levels of each link were evaluated and the development coordination of distributed generation project were tested compared to electric power resources and consumption.Combing with the provincial energy data,the potential development regions were located via the k-means clustering analysis on the dimensions of economic development level and power consumption level.(4)Constructing the competitiveness evaluation system of distributed generation project.Based on the components of competitiveness,the paper built the competitiveness evaluation system of distributed generation project from the angles of investment,production,coordination,energy-saving,sustainability and serving.Comparing with typical weighing and evaluation methods,the combination weighing method and TOPSIS evaluation method were selected to assess the competitiveness for photovoltaic distributed generation projects.The analysis system can effectively identify the advantages and disadvantages of distributed generation projects competitiveness.(5)Researching the competitiveness co-evolution mechanism of distributed generation project.Based on the complex co-evolution theory,the relationships between distributed generation project,thermal power project and centralized renewable power project were explored.The ordered degree method was adopted to measure the development level of competitiveness in each generation project.Through accelerating genetic algorithm,the stable evolution location of multiple generations was calculated.Following the empirical study,the improving space of distributed generation project competitiveness was well forecasted.(6)Exploring the improving paths for distributed generation project competitiveness.From the comprehensive influencing factors of distributed generation project competitiveness,the cost and benefit objective function of distributed generation project was constructed under the constraint conditions of systematic power balance,power generation limit and power storage limit.By quantum firework genetic algorithm,the optimal cost and benefit solution was measured.Take the cost and benefit solution,the improving answers were predicted by the guidance of resource reserve,environmental benefit and full output of distributed generation power.The relative research contents on competitiveness and improving paths of distributed generation project in this paper play important roles during the new-round eletrcic power market reform and the 13 th five-year plan period of eletrcic power development.Moreover,from the project level,the competitiveness and improving path studies for distributed generation project can complementation for the tranditional competitiveness theory of energy power projects.With the accumulation of development experince,it is also helpful to fulfill the electric power demand,realize the goals of energy conservation and emission reduction,and explore the developing paths of distributed generation projects.Relative conclusions can provide theoretical and practical references for the government,industry and enterprise managers on the aspects of planning decision,construction evaluation,advantage analysis and improving measures. |
