| The reduction of poverty and income inequality has become a serious problem and challenge facing most of the countries,especially for developing countries,while the rapid development of economy,poverty and income inequality has been unable to find the effective ways to solve the Chinese,as the world’s largest developing country,economic development obvious to people,but the problems of poverty and inequality is needed to solve.The Chinese government has promised to reduce poverty by 70 million in the year of 2020 and reduce poverty by up to seventy million by the end of the year.In the year of,China faces a very arduous task of poverty reduction.The income gap of our country has already entered the upper middle level,and the trend of widening income gap is still continuing.The income gap is too large to our social life has brought a lot of adverse effects,if this trend can not be controlled and reversed,our economic development and social stability will be a problem.How to effectively reduce poverty,control and gradually reverse the trend of widening income gap,which is the current treatment of efficiency and equity issues facing the urgent problems and severe challenges.This article aims to improve efficiency through industrial development,increase income,reduce poverty;improve the inter industry income distribution fairness through the development of industry,reduce income inequality,in the course of the industrial development of both efficiency and fairness.This paper expounds the present situation of China’s industrial development,poverty and inequality,on this basis,in 2002 and 2012 China SAM construction(Social Accounting Matrix)to analyze the multiplier model,study the influence of different industries to economic development,selected is conducive to stimulating the economic development of the industry,then can reflect the residents of poverty with the income inequality index FGT(Foster-Greer-Thorbecke index)and Theil index(Theil index)into the SAM model,calculated the residents of the incidence of poverty,poverty depth,intensity of poverty and income inequality contribution,and analyzes the reasons for different effects of industrial development,poverty and income inequality based on this.Puts forward the corresponding policy suggestions.The results showed that:(1)For the reduction of poverty,in 2002 to 2012 years,China’s industrial development has reduced the poverty of urban residents,but led to the deterioration of poverty in rural areas;(2)From the industrial point of view,in thepast ten years to reduce poverty has a significant effect on the industry there are 5,namely,agriculture,finance,public management and social security,real estate and transportation.Therefore,the government can help the poor through the industry,and in the development of industrial policy,you can give priority to the development of these five industries;(3)For the reduction of income inequality,in the 2002 to 2012 of the year,China’s industrial development has increased the income inequality of the residents;(4)From the point of view of specific industries,5 industries that have significant effects on reducing income inequality are agriculture,construction,transportation,manufacturing and real estate;(5)The development of agriculture industry,transportation industry and the real estate industry can both reduce poverty and income inequality,the government should give priority to the development of agriculture,transportation and real estate industry on the basis of industrial policies to reduce poverty and income inequality.The main innovations of this paper include three aspects:(1)This study makes an in-depth analysis of the overall poverty situation in China,the poverty situation in rural areas and urban areas,and makes up for the current lack of comparative study on the characteristics of poverty in rural areas and urban areas.(2)Analyze the impact of different industries on poverty and income inequality.The results show that the effect of different industries on poverty reduction and income inequality is significant.On the basis of this,the paper puts forward the concrete suggestion of multi-industry cooperation to reduce poverty and income inequality,and considers the double reduction effect of poverty and income inequality in different industries,and can provide a new policy perspective for industrial development better;(3)The FGT index and the Theil index are introduced into the SAM multiplier model to construct a quantitative analysis framework of industrial development and poverty reduction and income inequality.It can analyze the incidence of poverty,poverty depth and poverty intensity in different industries from the macro level Equal contribution,to make up for the previous study of a single variable and a single indicator of the shortcomings,is conducive to a comprehensive and systematic reflection of different industries,different variables and indicators of change. |
