Integration Of Engineering And Technology Service Of Chinese Oil Companies Based On Customization

Petroleum engineering&technology service is becoming an important part of international petroleum cooperation,which is a specialized technical service separated from the oil exploration and exploitation.In this case,it is important for petroleum engineering&technology service enterprises to explore the developing path that both meets the requirements of marketing law and helps exploit its advantages to the full.In the future,it is significant to boost the development of exploration and services business and explore new business growth point,which could help expand the space of China's oil cooperation around the world.Based on summarizing the historical evolution process of the world's oil industry this thesis studies the laws of development and historical periodic trends of petroleum engineering&technology service industry,and analyzes the relationship between customer value,enterprise competence and competitive advantage.By emphasizng the goal of meeting customers' requirements,the abilities evaluation system is established for petroleum engineering&technology service enterprises.This thesis also uses the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to do the benchmarking analysis of advantages and disadvantages of domestic vs foreign petroleum engineering&technology service enterprises.Besides,SWOT theory is applied to the study of the market position of the domestic oil companies.Based on analyzing the outcome to historical periodic trends,an integrative mode of innovation strategy of petroleum engineering&technology service industry is proposed.Based on the comprehensive analysis of competence and competitiveness of Chinese petroleum engineering&technology service enterprise,this thesis forms the basic structure and operation mechanism of the engineering&technology service mode based on customization(hereinafter referred to as a customized integrative mode).The competition and cooperation relationships from the perspective of supply chain model are investigated.Aiming at the competition in the real international market,we compare the characteristics of cooperation and competition.The subcontract pricing decision is analyzed by means of the integrative mode in the supplying chain context,in which the game approach is applied to compare competition vs cooperation scenario,and provide the decision-making policy for profit allotment and cooperation-competition strategy for enterprises.According to the characteristics of Chinese petroleum engineering&technology service enterprises,this thesis focuses on the main point of implementing custom integration mode and improving enterprise competence abilities.By using the Daqing Mongolia Tamtsag comprehensive integration project as an example,we analyze the implemented operating systems of the integrated service mode and employ Michael Porter's Five Forces Model theory to verify whether our integrated service mode could be applied to Chinese petroleum engineering&technology service enterprises.The conclusions include:firstly,the customer oriented integration mode is the developing trend of petroleum engineering&technology service industry in the future;secondly,the integration mode can effectively avoid China's petroleum engineering&technology service enterprises' disadvantages and strengthen their advantages,which lead the mode to be applicable;thirdly,the mode can achieve the win-win situation of petroleum engineering technology service enterprise,customer and the host countries of the resources;fourthly,in international market,instead of considering competition as the only strategy,we can also view cooperation as a new trend.The main contribution of this study is the exploration of how to implement the integration mode to satisfy customer needs,and how to enhance enterprise ability.The study is based on the theory of enterprises competitiveness and business capability.Through the systematic framework,the customer oriented integrative mode is structured on the theoretical basis,which demonstrates that the innovative approach in terms of outsourcing supply chain partners can be applied to the petroleum engineering&technology service enterprises' international competition practice.
