Research On The Driving Role Of The Independent Innovation For The Industrial Structure Upgrading

The driving role of Independent Innovation for the Industrial Structure Upgrading be the mainline,this paper analyze the relationship between Independent Innovation and the Industrial Structure Upgrading mainly, from both theoretical and empirical aspects.Then the spillover effect of Independent Innovation-driven role.Finnaly, some constructive suggestions is proposed. The research is expanded from the following four aspects:Firstly, base on Hansen and Birkinshaw?s three-stage “Innovation Value Chain”theory,a“ Four-stage Innovation Value Chain” theory is proposed that innovation is a closely linked four-stage process of Ideas generation- Innovation Formed- Innovative transformation- Innovation Diffusion.Accordingly, a independent innovation evaluation index system is constructed that containing 5 one-level indicators and 19 secondary-level indicators.Secondly,the Independent Innovation and the Industrial Structure Upgrading is evaluated on.The dynamic factor analysis(DFA) is introduced into the evaluation,which effectively can make up for the deficiency of the traditional factor analysis and principal component analysis.According to the evaluation of DFA, the innovation level of 31 Provinces of China is evaluated and ranked.Again,the actual driving effect for Independent Innovation on the Industrial Structure Upgrading is analysised.Theoretical studies include three parts: the study of the Mechanism?economic analysis ?game analysis of the Independent Innovation poromoting the Industrial Structure Upgrading.Empirical analysis is divided into two parts: First,we establish PVAR model and estimate and analysis it by using GMM?IRF and FEVD.The results show that Independent Innovation and the Industrial Structure has a long-term,sustained,dynamic and significant positive relationship. But as the time lag,the Independent Innovation-driven role will take 3 years to reach the strongest, then begin to continuous decay. Second, by using Moran`s I test and SLM, results showed that:there is positive spatial correlation between innovation and the Industrial Structure.Innovation space spillover effect significant presence. Further research shows that the space spillover effect is significant aftert 5 years, by using Spitial Markov chain method. Therefore,we can propose that the Independent Innovation-driven role in its self region will take 3 years to reach the maximum,but in the adjacent areas need 5 years.Finally, based on theoretical and empirical analysis, some personal opinions is be proposed, about solving the financing difficulties of innovation body, accelerating the reform process of institutional and mechanisms,coordination the relations of emerging industries and traditional industrial relations, promoting the Industry-UniversityResearch Collaborative Innovation;accelerating the construction of Independent Iinnovation Ecosystem and so on.After improving the models of Hoppe and Grube's, this paper has constructed “One-off Government Subsidy Game Model”?“Ladder-type Government Subsidies Game Model” and “Reasonable Minimum Government Subsidy Game Model”,and put forward some suggestions such as implementing the Ladder-type Government Subsidies and following the process of Independent Innovation accordingly. Compared to government subsidies currently in place afterwards, Ladder-type Government Subsidies may be more effective to encourage enterprises to take the lead in innovation,meanwhile the problem of financial difficulties which innovation enterprises often encounter later financial difficulties is resolved, and the rent-seeking behavior from innovation enterprises.can be also effectively inhibited.
