Research On Industrial Transformation Of Changchun City

Since the reform and opening up, Changchun's economic development has made remarkable achievements, and the industry continues to transform and upgrade. But the historical accumulation of the traditional old industrial bases has obstructed the transformation of industrial structure and the upgrading of the leading industries in Changchun to some extent, which has restricted the development of the whole economy. In a now-a-days world, with the background of the rise of the new industrial revolution, and the period of China's new industrial system construction, as well as the cliff decline of the Northeast Economic, for Changchun, accelerating industrial restructuring is imminent.From the existing research, the studies on the industrial transformation of Changchun city are mostly qualitative analysis or only for some specific industry sector analysis, and the quantitative analysis on the city's industrial transformation and economic growth are very few. Therefore, this article studies from the industrial structure, leading industry, and sustainable development theory to summarize the researches home and abroad, and redefine the connotation of industry transformation, and analyzes the causes and influencing factors of industrial transformation and the main modes, at the same time to discuss the interaction mechanism of industrial transformation and regional economic growth.In the three stages of the industrial development process, which are pre-reform and opening up, early stage of reform and opening up, and the deepening of reform, the industrial transformation of Changchun has been slow. This kind of industrial transformation is including the adjustment of industrial structure from "secondary-primary-tertiary" to "secondary-tertiary-primary", and including the leading industry by car only to the automobile, agricultural products processing and supplemented by the transformation of the pattern of railway vehicles. At the same time, photoelectric information, biological medicine, new energy, new materials, building materials and advanced equipment manufacturing, and all these six major strategic emerging industries are rapidly developing, and initially forms a basic framework for the construction of new industrial system.We further analyze on the relationship between industrial development and economic growth in Changchun city from the industrial structure, leading industry, industrial technology and industrial system perspectives, and sum up the characteristics of the current situation of the development of Changchun industry: first, the industrial system is not perfect, and the correlation between the industrial system of internal industrial economy is low. Second, the economic growth over relies on the dominant industries. Moreover, automobile manufacturing, agricultural products processing industry, rail passenger cars are the dominant industries, but the internal structure is also a serious imbalance, and the automotive industry is still not fundamentally solve the problem. Third, the industrial structure is still irrational, and the relationship between the three industries is not high. The third industry is not yet developed, and it is urgent to upgrade.In the empirical analysis, we applicate the detailed analysis and quantitative analysis to analyze the transformation speed and dynamic factors, and the relationship between economic growth and quality analysis based on the industrial structure of a large number of basic data and a plurality of Changchun measure models,. And we establish the regression equation constructed by multiple linear to get the regression model of the industrial development economic growth Changchun, and find out that second industry has the highest output elasticity in the growth of GDP.Finally, based on the theory and empirical research, we discuss the problems and causes of the industrial development of Changchun City, and analyze the macro environment for the industrial development of Changchun city and facing opportunities and challenges from three aspects putting forward the Countermeasures of industrial transformation of Changchun: first, to build a new industrial system; second, to choose the effective carrier of the transformation; third, to create a good environment for development.
