ABSTRACT:In this thesis,a new type of gas discharging technique based on AC and DC superimposed(AC+DC)high frequency and high voltage switching power supply for low temperature streamer discharging plasma is studied.At the same time,a new experimental platform for the removal of various pollutants is designed and constructed,and its application in the field of environmental protection is systematically studied.The specific research contents mainly include the followings:(1)The mechanism of low temperature streamer discharge plasma produced by AC+DC high frequency and high voltage switching power supply is theoretically studied.The model of the discharging power,the coupling superposition circuit and the discharging reactor are simulated and analyzed.The model of gas discharging is optimized,and a scheme for producing low temperature plasma with large power and low cost is presented.(2)The dynamic model analysis of low temperature streamer discharging plasma to remove various pollutants is carried out.In combination with electrochemical analysis,the electrochemical mechanism of the effective removal of various pollutants is studied,and the treatment process and flow of using low temperature plasma to remove various pollutants are given.(3)A new type of high power AC+DC high frequency high voltage switching power supply device is carried out and has been completed.By using the technology of high frequency and high voltage switching power supply,together with the proper matching of the discharging electrode system,and by regulating the peak voltage,the frequency,and the rate of change of the AC+DC power supply,the discharging mode is ensured in a best streamer region,and the component of the glow discharging without chemical effect is limited.The AC+DC high frequency and high voltage switching power supply has been used for the first time to produce a reliable and stable low temperature plasma for industrial applications.(4)A comprehensive treatment experimental platform for removing a variety of pollutants by low temperature streamer discharging plasma is constructed.In gas phase condition,it can carry out electrostatic precipitator to industrial flue gas including PM2.5(in addition to formaldehyde,VOCs,sterilization,disinfection,and deodorization).Under the conditions of gas liquid interaction,the desulfurization of industrial flue gas,electric mist removal,haze removal and organic decomposition treatment of sewage are experimentally verified.
