Reaction Wheel is the current satellite attitude to achieve high-precision, high-stability control as a best choice. CAN bus is already successfully used in industry as a field bus technology. Owing to its high communication speed, high reliability and easy connections, and many other advantages, it is increasingly used by the communications system of reaction wheels.First, the thesis according to Reaction Wheel for reliability and real-time communication requirements, designed the CAN bus application layer protocol message frame format, including the definition of response mechanism design, and physical layer design, implementation using CAN-bus a variety of state information on the flywheel real-time monitoring and control.Secondly, we made a detailed analysis of this three-phase three-state control of brushless DC motor way analysis of PWM modulation, as well as the current sampling methods, and used only one current sensor enables the motor winding current sampling. I used Simulink simulation software to establish an independent winding Brushless DC motor model, and conducted simulation analysis.Again, the simulation based on the analysis and design of the Reaction Wheel hardware structure and software programs. Hardware design section includes inverter, driver circuit, auxiliary power, and control and communications circuit; software design and partly includes BLDCM commutation, current loop, velocity loop, and the CAN-bus communication protocol designed to prepare the next bit machine communication program modules.Finally, I used the Visual Basic software designed a host computer program, which seted up the Reaction Wheel debugging and control platform. I finished the Reaction Wheel Control System and parts of hardware and software debugging; I debuged machine after the completion of the experiments carried out and analyzed some of the experimental results.
