Internet And New Social Forms

The emergence and application of the Internet,which is as a new information and communication technology,is profoundly changing our society.From the perspective of the impact of science on society,we regard the extensive application of the Internet,which is based on the information science,as an important symbol of the milestone of science history.Since science has become a social institution,it has influenced and evolved us into the social environment created by science and formed a new human civilization landscape.Nowadays,the progress of information science and technology has brought us into a new era.The Internet is becoming an important foundation for the political,economic,cultural,military,financial,educational and security.This social change is shaping a new form of the society,thus,people's life will be fundamentally changed and forced to make the appropriate adjustments to accommodate it.It reveals a fundamental relationship between scientific and technological progress and social change:the progress of technology itself is important,but the most important thing is that only when technological progress is associated with society,can its strength and potential value be shown.Therefore,the meaning of the Internet lies in its social orientation.It is in this sense that we are convinced that the Internet has become a major theme of the need for long-term systematic research.This dissertation is a theoretical study on the dynamics of how the Internet affects and changes the social form.To examine the basic way of the impact on the society,this dissertation is mainly concerned about the Internet technology,which is triggering the overall changes in society,not pointing to the Internet technology itself,trying to see why the Internet lead our entire social landscape to be changed?What kind of way to achieve this change?And after that,what kind of situation the social landscape is?Focus on the media,which is as a social system,this dissertation explains why the Internet is a subversive special medium.From the perspective of social formation,the information media is a key form of society,as it is the only way for people to understand society.The media is the way for society to achieve the social inform,mobilization,guidance and organization and other control purposes.In this sense,the importance of media forms is greater than the importance of information content.Media decides and reflects the actual state of a society.Second,from the information dissemination model,which demonstrates the Internet changing in the basic form of social path,this dissertation shows the specific way of how Internet changes community.Through the intuitive graphical model comparison,we found that the Internet changes the traditional path of the traditional information dissemination structure.With the subversion of the traditional mass communication model,the Internet has evolved to be ' the media of all media ' and the organizational structure of the whole society.Thirdly,the basic picture and basic characteristics of the new social form are demonstrated.The new social form of the Internet is a result of the interaction between the network protocol culture,commercial capital and political power,especially the network protocol culture and political power.This new social form is a non-balanced"pan-centered" social form based on the diversity of communicators,rather than the"no-minded" social form which is currently based on the network protocol culture.This is an important conclusion of this dissertation on the relationship between the Internet and the new social form.Finally,from the philosophical point of view,the Internet probably have two important changes on society.From the general sense of the relationship between science and society,the Internet and scientific progress are leading the community to a depth of the scientific society,which reflects the social development of a general trend of change;From the relationship between science and society in the special sense,the Internet is shaping society into a diversity society characterized by individual level of information dissemination,which reflects a concrete scientific achievement shaped by a corresponding social form,this sense of social form is always associated with a particular scientific progress.
