With the development of human space exploration,space science and aerospace technology,the content and category of space life science research has become more and more widely,which will play an irreplaceable role in the understanding of the essence of life,the contribution of knowledge innovation and technological innovation,the protection of human health life,the promotion in the development and application of biological technology innovation,the aspects of expanding human territory.promoting the development and reservation of necessary technology.According to the urgent needs of the research and development in the field of space life science and biotechnology for the space laboratory equipment,life science experimental platform takes molecular,cell,organization,individual and groups as the research object,so processing the obtained biological optical information correctly,efficiently,and pertinently will play an important role in life science research.Under this background,this paper puts forward the technology of bio optical information processing.The main research contents and results are as follows:1)For the bio optical information obtained by the color CMOS image sensor in the space plant culture box,taking the method of color reduction and color correction and color enhancement.By comparing the different color reduction and color correction method,this paper puts forward a kind of color reduction method and color correction method which are suitable for the plant image in space culture environment.2)The background noise of the animal cells image which obtained by animal cells fluorescence microscopic imaging system is relatively big,this paper proposes an contrast stretch method,so the target characteristic and the signal to noise of the image are improve3)This paper makes a study on micro lens light field imaging technology,used the method of computational imaging,the image which is focused at different depths can be captured,and 3D reconstruction of space scene can be realized.the purpose of the study of light field imaging technology is to pave the way for space life science.4).Based on the above bio optical information processing technology,the MFC based image processing software platform is developed.
