Since the21st century, with the progress of science and technology and the further development of globalization, human society begins to enter upon a "risky society", more and more public crisis become inevitable problems that face the people. Among many public crisis events, disaster is the most frequent happening in recent years, which pays more and more social attention and has a profound influence. Starting with reform and opening up, China is entering a social transition which has a rapid economic development, accompanied by a high incidence of natural disasters and social public crisis incidents, which to a large extent is testing the crisis management ability of the government. How to deal with the disaster events, defuse the crisis and guard against the risk, becomes a human, national and state common topic, which also reflects the crisis management level of the government. With the increasing advancement of mass media today, the media plays a more and more important role in the government crisis management. In a sense, choosing what kind of the discourse control of disaster reports determines the choice of how to treat the disaster, and correspondingly reflects the degree of civilization of a country and national quality.Based on this, this article focus on the theme of the discourse control of disaster reports in China, explores its generating mechanism, representation, causes, changes, problems and countermeasures.Specifically, this paper is divided into six parts to discuss the discourse control of disaster reports in China:the first part is "introduction", which mainly introduces the research background and significance of this paper, the research status at home and abroad, the definition of core concepts, research ideas and methods etc; The second part mainly discusses the disaster reports associated with discourse control, on the basis of defining the disaster reports, discusses the classification and the characteristic of disaster reports, and the rise and development of disaster reports in China. From the development and change of disaster reports in China, we found that disaster reports have been varying degrees of control in different periods,and discourse control are also changing.Look at this, it further explores the generating mechanism of the discourse control of disaster reports in China; The third part mainly discusses the performance and causes of the discourse control of disaster reports in China, summarizes performance of the discourse control of disaster reports in China, taking reports about "wenchuan earthquake"of Xinhuanet for example. and explores the cause of the discourse control of disaster reports in China; The fourth part mainly discusses changes and problems of the discourse control of disaster reports in China, based on the internet survey on satisfaction and awareness of the public, and combines with the content analysis result of reports about "wenchuan earthquake" of Xinhuanet.analies and discusses the changes and problems of the discourse control of disaster reports in China; The fifth part mainly discusses countermeasures of the the discourse control of disaster reports in China, lists overseas practice on the discourse control of disaster reports for reference, aiming at the problem on the discourse control of disaster reports in China, and puts forward some constructive suggestions for solving some problems according to the media environment of China; The sixth part is the "conclusion",which is looking forward to its research trends and development space, aiming at research on the discourse control of disaster reports in China, mainly from the perspective of "professionalism","new media environment,""transitional China" and "globalization"...
