With the continuous development of Vocational Education Informatization in our country,in order to better meet the needs of vocational college students and teachers,employees and social learners for vocational education professional learning needs,the existing vocational education professional teaching resources are effectively integrated.In 2010,led by the Ministry of education,the joint school,industry,enterprise,government participated in the establishment of a national vocational education professional teaching database,which is mainly managed by the Ministry of education,and by the National Open University responsible for routine maintenance and operation.The construction of teaching resources database of vocational education is of great practical significance for optimizing resources and making full use of information means to improve the quality of Vocational education.The construction of resource database needs to be promoted continuously,and the evaluation of resource pool becomes the key point to measure the effect of construction.From the viewpoint of information resource system based on input and output,on the basis of the theory of user behavior development theory,occupation ability and information resources evaluation theory,starting from the evaluation objectives.evaluation and evaluation of three aspects of the implementation of the foundation,constructs the vocational education professional teaching database construction evaluation index system,and the evaluation index system is verified by user evaluation.The evaluation index system consists of resource centers,resource platforms and users using 3 first level indicators,10 two level indicators and 26 three level indicators.With the construction of vocational education teaching database construction effect evaluation index system and user evaluation,qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis method,using SPSS software for descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.User evaluation results show that the resource repository has achieved some constructive results in the content quality construction of resource center,the security construction of resource platform,and the user's propaganda methods,but there are also some problems.Further the user evaluation results with data resource monitoring results are analyzed and compared,found that two kinds of common evaluation reflects the following problems:one is the resource library building construction is single,lack of innovation practice;two is the resource update frequency is insufficient;the three is the lack of attraction to the new user resource base.In order to ensure that the user evaluation results analysis of objective and scientific,this study based on the effect of different user identity from the perspective of user evaluation results were then analyzed,and the analysis results were compared with results of the monitoring data,and evaluate the resources found using different user identity for resource differences.The innovation of the research lies in:this research constructs the evaluation index system of vocational education professional teaching database construction effect,the evaluation index system highlights the user behavior elements.After the user evaluation and test of the index system,the results show that the index system has certain operability and application value.At the same time,the user evaluation results and resource database data monitoring results are compared and analyzed,which also ensures the scientific and reliable evaluation results of the construction of vocational education professional teaching database.
